Lutter contre ces virus sur ma machine!

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème de virus sur ma machine j'ai installé malwarebyte mais ce antivirus détecte seulement les virus mais ne les neutralise pas voici ce qu'il me montre l'endroit ou sont situé les virus
