Bonjour, j'ai un ordinateur portable packard bell et j'ai un probleme avec vista:

1insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer
2Chosse your language settings, and then click next.
3Click repair your computer

if you do not habe this discn contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

j'aimerais pouvoir reparé cette ereur sans reformaté le portable j'aimerai recupéré des fichier et photo importante..........

Merci d'avance de votre aide.... (la reparation avec le cd vista fonctionne pas)
