Clé USB redémarre l'ordinateurRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec ma clé USB. Lorsque je l'introduis, mon ordinateur redémarre sans cesse. J'ai alors fait le test sur l'ordinateur de ma fille afin de voir si son ordinateur redémarrerait suite à l'introduction de ma clé USB. Tout c'est passé à merveille, aucun problème avec son ordinateur. 

J'en ai donc conclu que le problème ne venait pas de ma clé USB mais de mon ordinateur mais je ne sais pas comment règler ce problème. 

J'ai également fait un scan avec Avast et Malwarebytes afin de voir s'ils détecteraient quelque chose. Le problème n'est toujours pas règler.

Pouvez-vous m'aider?????

salut nathandre, non continu je suis juste passer pour aider un peut , oui son pc redémarres quand il mét s la clé mais comme il a mis un rapport qu'il a fait sur celui de safille je lui dit de désinfecter avec usbfix sur celui ci et sur l'autre de le faire sans la clés dessus cela désinfectera les disque dur et si c'était l'infection qui bloquait le problème sera peut être réglé puisqu'il aura désinfecter la clé et puis son pc aussi !!!!

est ce que cela se produit sur tout les port usb de votre ordinateur ou un seul exclusivement ?
est ce que cela arrive avec d autre periphérique ?

Merci de ton aide, j'apprécie grandement.

En effet, j'ai tester avec avec mon fil USB de ma caméra et il n'y a aucun problème, tout est normal.
J'ai également regarder dans mon Système s'il y aurait des problèmes au niveau de mes périphérique et il ne semble pas en avoir.

Le problème semble être seulement au niveau de mes clés USB.

c'est peu être un léger défaut de construction du port usb , les pattes qui fond contact son trop proche et ca fait un court circuit , d ou le reboot .
la chance a pas de bol lol

Peut être que mon problème s'y trouve.

Comme je ne pouvais pas introduire ma clé USB dans mon ordinateur, car cela faisait arrêter et redémarrer mon ordi avant meme que Windows n'ouvre, j'ai donc introduit ma clé USB dans l'ordinateur de ma fille et j'ai fais ce que tu m'as recommander.

Je sais bien nathande, mais lorsque j'y introduis ma clé, mon ordinateur reboot. Alors impossible de faire le scan avec ma clé sur mon ordinateur sans que celui ci reboot avant meme d'ouvrir mon windows.

Cendrillon-   bonjour tu as fais l'option 1 d' USBfix et il a trouvé et pour cela tu remets la clé sur le pc de ta fille et tu fais l'option 2 et puis  tu feras usbfix sur ton pc ou il y a problème et tu feras l'option 1 et 2 et après tu essairas de brancher ta clès  !!!

En réponse à Jiminsk, oui tu as tout à fait bien compris. Ce n'est que lorsque j'introduis ma clé USB dans mon pc que mon pc s'arrête puis redémarre seul. J'ai fais le test dans celui de ma fille, j'introduis la meme clé USB dans son pc et tout est normal.

En réponse à Jacques, oui j'ai fais ce que tu m'as dit. J'ai posté mon message ici plus haut.
J'ai fais les procèdures avec le pc de ma fille (option 2) avec la clé USB dans son pc.
Ensuite j'ai fais les procèdure (option 1 et 2) dans mon pc sans la clé USB (car c'est impossible de l'introduire).
Puis finalement à la fin des scans avec Fix USB, j'ai introduit ma clé USB dans mon pc. Malheureusement, le pc s'est à nouveau éteint et à redémarrer. Il a donc fallu que j'enlève ma clé USB de mon pc afin que mon windows puisse s'ouvrir.

Un gros MERCI pour votre aide. J'espère trouver la solution à mon problème.

bonjour , as tu une autre clé usb ou peux tu trouver quelqu'un qui t'en prête une pour faire l'essais de la brancher sur ton pc je pense que le problème est plus sur le port usb de ton pc que sur la clé si tu mets une autre clé et qu'il fais pareil on sera fixé !!!

Pour Jiminsk, oui j'ai formaté ma clé sur le pc de ma fille étant donné que je peux l'introduire.
Mais en introduisant ma clé dans mon pc, il s'éteint et redémarre.

Pour Jacques, oui, j'ai également une autre clé USB. Je l'ai introduit dans mon pc et cela à fait la meme chose qu'avec mon autre clé USB (pc s'éteint et redémarre).

Oui, cela se porduit dans tous mes ports USB. J'ai essayé sur mes 2 ports devant ma tour et l'une derrière ma tour et j'ai le meme problème.

Je me suis appercu de ce problème la semaine passé lorsque j'ai voulu y insérer ma clé USB. 
Avant, je n'avais jamais eu ce genre de problème et j'y avais mis qu'un seul fichier.

Ma mère, qui venait de s'acheter un portable voulait avoir le jeu Skip98 que possède l'une de ses amies. Je suis donc allé chez ma mère, j'y ai introduit ma clé USB pour lui mettre l'un de mes fichiers. Puis, j'ai oublié d'enlever ma clé lorsque son amie lui a envoyé un courriel avec un jeu qui devait probablement être infecté. Et je n'ai pas vraiment porté attention lorsque je suis arrivé chez moi et que j'ai remis ma clé USB dans mon pc.
Mais j'ai bien peur que cela en sois la cause.

Non Jacques, je ne crois pas avoir fait une mauvaise introduction avec ma clé USB dans mon port car j'ai le meme problème avec les ports USB qui sont derrière la tour. Et je précise que ce problème n'apparait que lorsque c'est une clé USB. Si j'y introduit un fil USB de ma caméra ou du MP3 de ma fille, tout est normal.

ok mais bizare ton affaire car je viens de lire sur ton message 39 que tu pensais l'affaire lié avec une infection sur ta clé mais comme tu l'as formater normalement  plus rien est ce que tu peux faire cela sur ton pc ou il y a le problème , tu passes combofix que j'ai renommé en jaCombo pour contrer certaine infection tu le télécharges sur ton bureau , tu suis les expliquation , fais attention c'est un outil puissant donc pas d'improvisation perso, tu ne touche pas à ton pc pendant qu'il va bosser, sauf pour répondre quand il te le demande , Merci

Télécharge jacombo (combofix renomé) :http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/89820622056365782/jaCombo.exe


-> Double clique sur jacombo 
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan. 
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix (jacombo): 

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

Désactive provisoirement (et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix), la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, (activés, ils pourraient gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil). 


- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- suis les instructions et accepte ce qu'il te demande sois patient cela peut prendre près de 20 minutes

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 


-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Peut etre que ca vous aidera à comprendre mon problème et ce qui me manque dans mes drivers.

pour installer les pilotes une fois que tu as télécharger ceux ci sur ton pc "" perso je les télécharges sur le bureau "   si se sont des dossier ziper tu les dézippes avec un clique droit et extraires ici  ou extraire tout , et puis une fois dézipper ou si pas zipper tu double-cliques dessus pour le lancer comme tout les programme et il s 'installera dans le bon dossier directement

Si j'ai bien compris, lorsque dézipper et installer dans un dossier, je clic sur celui qui à la mention Set UP.

Et je laisse le tout se télécharger. 

J'espère que c'est les bons drivers que j'ai télécharger (Pilote USB 2.0)

J'ai télécharger les drivers et j'ai redémarrer mon pc.

Bonne nouvelle, j'ai introduit ma clé USB en me croisant les doigts et en faisant une petite prière, lolll.
Le port USB a été détecter et j'ai pu allé y voir s'il y avait quelque chose sur ma clé USB.

J'ai également introduit une autre clé USB que j'avais en ma possession pour voir si j'y verrais mes fichiers.
Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, tout est normal, je peux y voir mes fichiers.

Mon pc est redevenu NORMAL, je suis tellement contente que je saute de joie lollll.

Un très gros MERCI à vous tous. Vous ne pouvez pas savoir comme je suis ravie d'avoir suivi vos conseils et j'ai appris beaucoup de choses en vous lisant.

Encore une fois, MERCI à tous ceux qui m'ont apportés de l'aide.

Je vais donc cliquer sur Résolu, mon problème est finalement règlée.

je suis ravi pour toi mais il est possible voir presque certain que le pilote est été déactivé par une infection tu devrais passer jacombo et voir si il n'y a pas une salopperie sur ton pc @+

Désolé du temps pour répondre car après avoir fait le scan avec Jacombo, mes paramètres internet ne semblaient plus être les memes. J'ai donc eu beaucoup de difficultés à revenir ici pour vous répondre.

Salut Jiminsk, non je n'ai pas de nouveau problème avec ma clé USB, mais j'aimerais que vous regardiez mon rapport Jacombo afin de voir si tout est correct (s'il n'y a plus de virus ou d'infection). Car j'aimerais pas que le problème revienne après quelques temps.

Devrais-je faire un HijackThis et y mettre également le rapport afin que vous regardiez cela pour moi?

Et pendant qu'on est sur ce sujet, j'aimerais savoir si Panda USB autorun Vaccine, est recommandée pour vacciner les clé USB?

bonjour , j'ai été voir le rapport et il a supprimé des choses c'est bien sinon pour moi rien de spécial tu pourras supprimer les outils utilisés @+

Je crois que je vais tout de meme garder les outils USB Fix, RSIT et Jacombo dans mon pc.
On sais jamais, ca pourrait servir. A moins que de les garder ne sois pas conseiller.

Et pour Panda Vaccine, est ce qu'il est recommandable?

NON   surtout pas car les outils de désinfection sont mis à jour très souvant et si tu les gardes et que tu les utilises ils ne supprimeront  que les infections pour lesquel ils sont à jour et si tu as chopper une nouvelle variantes ils ne pourront pas la supprimer car pas connu du à la mise à jour trop ancienne , surtout pour jacobo qui est combofix renommé et je le change 2 à 3 fois par semaine pour avoir la dernière mise à jour, tu les vires  et si besoin tu les téléchargeras de nouveau , soit en venant  sur ce sujet pour avoir de l'aide et je te réponderais ou tu ouvriras un nouveau sujet et quelqu'un te prendra en charge @+

D'accord Jacques, je vais donc supprimer tous les outils tel que tu me le recommande. De toute facon, j'ai mis les liens dans mes Favoris si jamais j'en ai de besoin pour les télécharger.

J'ai également ceci et je me demande si je dois aussi le supprimer.
