Clé USB redémarre l'ordinateur

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec ma clé USB. Lorsque je l'introduis, mon ordinateur redémarre sans cesse. J'ai alors fait le test sur l'ordinateur de ma fille afin de voir si son ordinateur redémarrerait suite à l'introduction de ma clé USB. Tout c'est passé à merveille, aucun problème avec son ordinateur.

J'en ai donc conclu que le problème ne venait pas de ma clé USB mais de mon ordinateur mais je ne sais pas comment règler ce problème.

J'ai également fait un scan avec Avast et Malwarebytes afin de voir s'ils détecteraient quelque chose. Le problème n'est toujours pas règler.

Pouvez-vous m'aider?????

    salut nathandre, non continu je suis juste passer pour aider un peut , oui son pc redémarres quand il mét s la clé mais comme il a mis un rapport qu'il a fait sur celui de safille je lui dit de désinfecter avec usbfix sur celui ci et sur l'autre de le faire sans la clés dessus cela désinfectera les disque dur et si c'était l'infection qui bloquait le problème sera peut être réglé puisqu'il aura désinfecter la clé et puis son pc aussi !!!!

    est ce que cela se produit sur tout les port usb de votre ordinateur ou un seul exclusivement ?
    est ce que cela arrive avec d autre periphérique ?

    cela se produit depuis le debut de l utilisation de la clé usb sur votre pc ?

      Merci de ton aide, j'apprécie grandement.

      En effet, j'ai tester avec avec mon fil USB de ma caméra et il n'y a aucun problème, tout est normal.
      J'ai également regarder dans mon Système s'il y aurait des problèmes au niveau de mes périphérique et il ne semble pas en avoir.

      Le problème semble être seulement au niveau de mes clés USB.

        c'est peu être un léger défaut de construction du port usb , les pattes qui fond contact son trop proche et ca fait un court circuit , d ou le reboot .
        la chance a pas de bol lol

          Est ce qu'il y a une solution pour règler ce problème?

          Lorsque j'ai acheté cette clé USB, tout fonctionnait bien. Je l'avais introduit dans mon ordinateur et j'y avais mis un fichier. Tout était normal.

          Puis, cette semaine, j'ai remis cette clé USB et c'est alors que mon ordinateur c'est fermer et redémarrer.

          J'ai fais des scans avec mon Avast et malwarebytes dans mon ordinateur.
          J'ai également introduit ma clé USB dans l'ordinateur de ma fille et je l'ai également scanner avec Avast et malwarebytes. Puis, j'ai vidé ma clé USB (de l'ordinateur de ma fille).

          Mais mon problème persiste toujours. J'espère que vous pourrez m'aider.

              Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir</gras>

              # Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

              # Choisi l option 1 ( Recherche )

              # Laisse travailler l outil.

              # Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

              # Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

              ( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

              # Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
              Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
              Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

            Comme je ne pouvais pas introduire ma clé USB dans mon ordinateur, car cela faisait arrêter et redémarrer mon ordi avant meme que Windows n'ouvre, j'ai donc introduit ma clé USB dans l'ordinateur de ma fille et j'ai fais ce que tu m'as recommander.

              il aurai fallu le faire dans ton PC car il risque d'etre infecté par la clé USB

            Je sais bien nathande, mais lorsque j'y introduis ma clé, mon ordinateur reboot. Alors impossible de faire le scan avec ma clé sur mon ordinateur sans que celui ci reboot avant meme d'ouvrir mon windows.

              Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

              -> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

              ! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

              Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .

              -> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .

              * Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months

              * clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...

              -> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...

              Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).

              Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

              Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
              Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum

            Cendrillon- bonjour tu as fais l'option 1 d' USBfix et il a trouvé et pour cela tu remets la clé sur le pc de ta fille et tu fais l'option 2 et puis tu feras usbfix sur ton pc ou il y a problème et tu feras l'option 1 et 2 et après tu essairas de brancher ta clès !!!

              Bonsoir, c'est vrai il y a le pc de sa fille où j'avais vu la clé, mais son pc redémarre lorsqu'elle met sa clé dedans tu peux reprendre ce topic si tu veux

              Tout d'abord, merci pour toi aide ainsi qu'à Nathandre.

              J'ai fais ce que tu m'as dit.
              1- Je suis allé faire l'option 2 dans l'ordi de ma fille.
              2- J'ai fais les 2 options dans mon ordi sans y introduire la clé USB car comme tu sais, impossible d'ouvrir mon windows si j'y insère la clé.
              3- Puis finalement, j'ai introduit ma clé USB dans mon pc en espèrant que celui ci ouvrirait mon windows s'en s'éteindre et redémarrer.

              Malheureusement, suite à l'introduction de la clé USB, mon pc s'est à nouveau éteint et redémarrer.

              Si vous avez besoin des rapports des opérations 1 et 2 avec Fix USB, je vous les mettrai ici.

              Il ne me reste plus qu'à faire ce que Nath. m'a suggérer plus haut.

                    Il faudrait peut-être penser à vérifier que le bios n'est pas configuré pour booter sur l'usb.

                        Bonjour comme le dit jiminsk il y a peut-etre un problème avec le bios, pas d'infection trouvé par USBFix dans le pc

                        J'ai mal lu le problème, si je comprends bien, l'ordi redémarre quand on introduit une clé USB ? càd quand l'ordi est déjà en fonctionnement ?

                      Cendrillon-, as tu fais comme je te proposais dans le message 16, de déinfecter le pc de ta fille avec ta clés dessus en faisant l'option 2 de USBfix et de voir si après quand tu la connecte le problème est le même , merci
