RAM surchargée, aide pour rapport HijackthisRésolu/Fermé

Bonsoir,

J'ai constaté depuis quelques temps qu'il suffit que j'ouvre un explorateur internet plus deux ou trois applications pour que j'atteins presque 70% de la capacité de la RAM, qui compte 2 Go, chose qui n'est pas normal puisque je dépassais rarement les 55% même si j'ouvre plusieurs fenêtres simultanément, et juste 33% aprés le demarrage du système, alors que maintenant il est à 50% avant que j'ouvre quoi que ce soit.

De plus, après l'ouverture de windows, l'ordi prend plus de temps qu'avant pour qu'il soit opérationnel.

Tous cela laisse entendre qu'il y a probablement des saletés qui tournent dans la mémoire et qui la saturent par la même occasion. Ce qui m'a poussé à télécharger Hijackthis, à enregistrer HJTInstall.exe sur le bureau, à l'executer en tant qu'administrateur et de venir ici vous demander de l'aide pour le rapport généré et les manipulations à faire le cas échéant, vu que j'y connais pas grand chose.

Je note que c'est un PC portable et que j'ai AVIRA en guise d'anti-virus plus Spybot.

Pour désinfecter ton ordinateur, il faut utiliser le programme LopS&D.

• Désactive ton antivirus.

La liste proposée n'est pas exhaustive, mais il s'agit le plus souvent de Messenger Plus (extension de msn) ou de logiciels de Torrent...

C'est une infection Lop, repérable par une ou plusieurs lignes 04.
Les fichiers infectés sont situé dans ProgramData sous Vista, et Application Data (= APPLIC~1) sous xp.
Les noms de la clé de Registre (situé entre crochet) et des fichiers infectés sont souvent des mots anglais (ex ici : Grey pop cake audio, Delete license license...)

• Relance Lop S&D
• Choisis cette fois-ci l'option 2 (Suppression) 
• Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression ! 
• Poste le rapport généré (C:\lopR.txt) 


Ensuite, fais redémarrer ton ordinateur, et poste un nouveau rapport hijackthis
Puis poste un nouveau rapport de Lop option 1 (recherche) pour vérifier stp

Merci pour ton aide ce soir, on se retrouve plus tard pour savoir si tout va bien après tout ça.

Déjà j'ai remarqué que le PC ne s'atarde pas trop dans la phase d'ouverture de Windows, mais pas de changement concernant la saturation de la RAM, toujours vers les 50% au repos. Il se peut que ce soit une mise à jour de window qui a causé ça.

Un scan de vérification :

• Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
• Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
• Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen rapide" puis "Rechercher"
• Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen" 
• A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
• Coche tous les éléments  détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
• Enregistre le rapport
• S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes

• Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici



Ensuite, fais redémarrer ton ordinateur, et poste à nouveau un rapport hijackthis stp
Pour lancer hijackthis : clic-droit sur le raccourci --> exécuter en temps qu'administrateur

Désactive et désinstalle un des deux stp


Le rapport hijackthis est d'hier, il faut que tu lances hijackthis par un clic-droit sur le raccourci --> exécuter en temps qu'administrateur

Mais... j'ai déjà désinstallé Kaspersky il y a longtemps, pourquoi il est toujours là? Je sais bien qu'il ne faut garder qu'un seul antivirus, et j'avais choisi Antivir.

Voici comment désinstaller Kaspersky complètement :


# Désinstallation automatique

• Clique sur menu démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> Désinstaller un programme --> cherche tous les produits AVP ou Kaspersky et désinstalle les (je pense que tu as déjà dû faire cette étape)


# Affiche les fichiers cachés

• Clique sur Menu Démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> Options des dossiers --> Affichage
• Coche "Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés", décoche "Masquer les extensions de fichiers connus", décoche "Masquer les fichiers protégés du Système", puis valide.
• Tu pourras à nouveau masquer les fichiers cachés une fois la manipulation terminée, si tu le souhaites.


# Supprime les dossiers résiduels

• Clique sur Menu démarrer --> Ordinateur --> Disque C --> Programmes --> Supprime le dossier Kaspersky Lab
• Puis à nouveau dans le Disque C --> ProgramData --> Supprime le dossier Kaspersky Lab


# Fais un nettoyage des fichiers temporaires et du Registre

• Télécharge et installe CCleaner
• Lance CCleaner
• Clique sur Option --> avancé --> décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
• Puis Nettoyeur --> Analyse > Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
• Enfin, Registre --> corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.
(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).


# Utilise l'outil de suppression fourni par Kaspersky

• Télécharge le dossier compressé KAV_Registry_Clean.zip.
• Fais un clic-droit dessus --> Extraire tout --> choisis le Bureau comme destination.
• Un dossier KAV_Registry_Clean va apparaitre, ouvre le et lance KAV_Registry_Clean.exe

J'avais effectivement déjà fait les 3 premières étapes (jusqu'a la suppression des fichiers résiduels) + nettoyage avec CCleaner mais sans la partie concernant le registre. Il me semble que c'est le scanneur en ligne de Kaspersky qui pose problème.

Non ce n'est pas le scan en ligne, il y a avait bien des restes de l'antivirus Kaspersky. Une partie a été supprimée, il reste un service à supprimer :

Pour ça, clique sur Menu Démarrer --> Exécuter.
Fais un copier/coller des lignes suivantes les unes après les autres (appuie sur entrée entre chacune d'elles pour les valider) :
sc stop "AVP"
sc config "AVP" start= disable
sc delete "AVP"


Profites-en aussi pour supprimer les traces de Norton (eh oui, lui aussi il s'est mal désinstallé) : Outil de désinstallation Norton. Lance cet outil par un clic-droit --> exécuter en temps qu'administrateur.


Ensuite fais redémarrer l'ordinateur, et poste encore un rapport hijackthis (pense à l'exécuter en temps qu'administrateur stp)

J'ai bien téléchargé l'outil de désinstalation norton, et, aprés l'avoir executer en tant qu'administrateur, il m'informe qu'il existe toujours un programme qui se nome "Symantec ACT! 2000" que je dois désinstaller à l'aide de l'outil Ajout/Suppression pour que "Norton Removal Tool" puisse fonctionner. Or, je ne trouve ce programme nul part!
Après avoir effectuer une recherche sur le disque dur avec Symantec comme mot clé, je ne trouve que deux dossier Symantec, l'un vide et l'autre presque, mais aucune trace du "Symantec ACT! 2000". Je les ai supprimés manuellement mais le problème persiste quand même.

Penses-tu que je dois l'executer en mode sans échec?

Il n'y a aucun programme portant les noms Norton, Symantec ou ACT ?
Si tu n'en trouves aucun, refais une recherche (incluant les fichiers et dossiers cachés) avec ces 3 mots clés, et supprime tout ce qui correspond à Norton.

Ensuite, refais un nettoyage avec CCleaner (fichiers et Registre)
Puis poste un nouveau rapport hijackthis stp

Bon après plusieurs manipulations, je ne réussi toujours pas à démarrer l'outil de désinstallation Norton. c'est assez contradictoire puisque cet outil n'est que pour désinstaller les composants de norton, alors pourquoi il nous demande de supprimer un composant avant de se mettre en jeux.

Je pense que je vais laisser tomber cette histoire de composant norton étant donné que je ne risque pas grand chose aprés.

Supprime ce dossier : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared

Puis clique sur Menu Démarrer --> Exécuter.
Fais un copier/coller des lignes suivantes les unes après les autres (appuie sur entrée entre chacune d'elles pour les valider) :
sc stop "CLTNetCnService"
sc config "CLTNetCnService" start= disable
sc delete "CLTNetCnService"

Après ça tu seras débarrassé de Norton.


On va donc enfin pouvoir passer aux conseils de sécurisation de ton ordinateur, mais aussi d'optimisation pour le rendre plus rapide.


1) Les barres d'outils

Souvent installées avec d'autres logiciels sans que l'utilisateur y fasse attention, les barres d'outils se multiplient sur les ordinateurs et ont deux résultats : ralentir les ordinateurs et provoquer des bugs des navigateurs.
Je te conseille de désinstaller les tiennes, tu en as 2 !  (barre d'outil Google et Yahoo).
Pour ça, ferme ton navigateur, puis Menu démarrer --> Panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> désinstalle la Google Toolbar et la Yahoo Toolbar.



2) Sécurise ton ordinateur 

• Anti-virus : 
Antivir est un excellent choix, garde le. Juste un petit réglage à faire : 
Double clique sur l'icone d'Antivir près de l'horloge --> Configuration --> Coche « mode expert » --> coche « Rech. Rootkits au dem. de la recherche »

• Anti-spyware :
* Installe Spyware Blaster : il ne prend pas de mémoire, c'est juste un logiciel qui vaccine ton pc contre certaines infections. Il faut le mettre à jour manuellement (« Updates »), tous les 15 jours environ, et activer toutes les protections (« Enable all protection ») 
* En complément, garde MalwareBytes pour son scan de nettoyage performant.

• Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille vivement d’installer et d'utiliser le navigateur Firefox. Une fois que c'est fait, lance le et installe les deux extensions de sécurité suivantes :
AdBlockPlus pour bloquer les publicités ;
WOT, pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux.

• Adobe Reader n’est pas à jour, c’est une faille de sécurité. Désinstalle le en allant dans menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes. Puis télécharge et installe la nouvelle version.

• Tu dois aussi mettre à jour tous tes autres programmes pour combler des failles de sécurité... Vérifie les mises disponibles à l'aide de ce petit programme (choisis la version sans installation) : Update Checker



3) Relance Hijackthis (pour la dernière fois), choisis "scan system only" et coche les lignes suivantes qui sont inutiles (j'ai intégré les barres d'outils dans cette liste) :

Si tu as bien mis à jour Adobe Reader comme je te l'ai recommandé, cette ligne devrait apparaitre, tu peux la cocher : O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe" 

Ensuite, clique sur "Fix checked" 



4) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton Bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé : ToolsCleaner
Lance le, clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir, puis clique sur Suppression pour nettoyer. 
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires.
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille).
S'il ne supprime pas tout, supprime manuellement ce qui reste.



5) Refais un nettoyage avec CCleaner (fichiers + Registre) 



6) Pour finir le nettoyage, il faut purger la restauration du système (pour supprimer les points de restauration infectés). 

• Menu démarrer --> clic droit sur ordinateur --> propriétés --> protection du système
• Désactive la restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs
• Clique sur OK. 

Puis refais la manipulation inverse pour réactiver la restauration système.

8) Télécharge JkDefrag sur ton Bureau 
Ce petit programme permet de défragmenter le disque dur (plus efficace que l'utilitaire de défragmentation de Windows). 

Je te conseille de le lancer en mode sans échec pour augmenter son efficacité : pour cela, redémarre ton ordinateur et tapote sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows, et sélectionne "Mode sans échec". Choisis ta session habituelle et double clique sur le fichier Jkdefreg.exe présent dans le dossier Jkdefrag (si tu as choisis la version sans installation). 
La défragmentation peut durer plusieurs heures, et il ne faut pas utiliser l'ordinateur pendant ceci (tu peux le faire de nuit s'il faut). 

Redémarre ton ordinateur, et dis moi si tu constates une amélioration de la vitesse de ton ordinateur

C'est bon! Tout est fait! Pfiou ça prend du temps quand même.

Récapitulatif :
-j’ai commencé par exécuter les trois fameuses lignes pour se débarrasser des restes de Norton
-J’ai  désinstallé les barres d’outils (yahoo+google) et j’ai ensuite téléchargé Firefox.
-J’ai mis Spybot que j’utilisais depuis plus d’un an à la trappe, et j’ai installé Spyware Blaster
-J’ai mis à jour Adobe, effectivement j’avais la version 8.X alors qu’on est à la 9.1
-Il semble qu’il y a un petit bémol avec Update Checker mais c’est pas vraiment primordiale, je verrai ça plus tard
-Après avoir relancé Hijackthis, j’ai fixé les lignes que tu m’as conseillées, je n’ai pas trouvé quelques unes  comme Yahoo toolbar mais je pense que c’est un bon signe.
Après cette étape, j’ai remarqué la disparition de mon CPU mètre que j’aimais bien, il me donnait une idée sur l’état du fonctionnement du système. Bon je chercherai un moyen de le réinstaller une fois chez moi.
-J’ai ensuite téléchargé ToolsCleaner pour faire le ménage, il semble qu’il lui reste des choses à perfectionner car il me mettait au début "ce programme ne répond pas" en haut de sa fenêtre, après trois tentative ça a marché. 
-Le temps de purger la restauration arrive enfin, je n’ai pas pu suivre tes instructions (je suis sous vista) mais je me suis débrouillé avec le nettoyeur de disque pour supprimer tout les points de restauration (quelques 23 Go !)  
-Merci pour le document de prévention de la sécurité, certe très instructif mais je prendrai le soins de le lire une fois que j’ai un peu de temps à ça (j’aime pas lire à la volée ;-) )
-Il semble qu’il y a une restriction au taf qui m’empêche de télécharger JkDefrag, je ne sais pas comment puisque j’ai pu télécharger les autres logiciels mais c’est comme ça, il est capricieux notre informatition.

Anthony, ainsi soit fait le bon travail et je t'en remercie infiniment, je t'ai servi de casse-tête ce week-end et ça ne doit pas être facile, c'est vraiment très aimable à toi =)

Pour la défragmentation, tu peux dans ce cas te contenter de celle de Windows (menu démarrer --> programmes accessoires --> Outils systèmes -->Défragmenteur de disque)

Est-ce que tu as constaté une amélioration de la vitesse de ton ordinateur après avoir fait tout ça ?

Spybot peut être utile pour protéger, grâce à ses vaccinations (complémentaires de celles de Spyware Blaster), tu peux le réinstaller.
Par contre, son scan n'est pas très efficace (il ne détecte que des cookies la plupart du temps). Pour un scan efficace, utilise MalwareBytes.

A part ça c'est bon ;)

Juste une précision :

==> C'est bien le cas : il ne faut qu'un seul anti-spyware résident (actif en permanence), et c'est Spybot qui peut assurer cette fonction, avec son module TeaTimer.
La version gratuite de MalwareBytes n'est qu'un scanneur à la demande, ce n'est pas un logiciel résident.
Spyware Blaster effectue des vaccinations à l'aide des réglages des navigateurs, il n'est pas actif en permanence non plus.
