Hello,
I have the Rocketdock software. It is well configured to my liking, etc...
I plan to format my PC and restore it to its factory settings for another reason, but first I would like to back up my current Rocketdock settings so that I can retrieve my icons after formatting.
I then go to Settings and check "Save settings to a .INI file" and then OK. But nothing happens. When I go to the Rocketdock folder, I don't have a settings.ini file present, and when I check back in the settings, "Save settings to a .INI file" is unchecked. =X
Do you have a solution? Or another way to back up the settings?
Thank you in advance! ;)

To export the RocketDock bar settings to another PC:
- In the RocketDock bar settings (right-click on the bar) - "General" tab, check the box "save settings to a .INI file"
- c:/WINDOWS/BricoPacks/VistaInspirat2/RocketDock
- Copy the settings.ini file to a USB drive
- c:/WINDOWS/BricoPacks/VistaInspirat2/Icons
- Copy the entire folder to the USB drive
- Install RocketDock on the new PC
- Exit the program
- Replace the original files with those from the USB drive (settings.ini and the Icons folder)

Hi, for your information, you can add your RocketDock to your USMT, but you'll need to find all the associated dependencies because I tried like you but I didn't succeed.
The best thing is that you don't bother and install it when you change your PC, otherwise you're going to face a crazy headache.
Unless you integrate your RocketDock into an unattend!!! But well....

I restarted RocketDock with a "right-click administrator," checked the "save in a .ini file" box, and this time it successfully created the settings.
Thanks again.
Thank you for helping me.
