Trojan impossible a supprimer

Bonjour,
Plusieurs Virus sont sur mon ordi, onecare les detectes mais n'arrive pas a les supprimer , Spybot ne marche plus . J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide, expliquez moi ce que je peut faire merci beaucoup .

- Commences par desactiver l'UAC

- Télecharges LSPFIX ==>Lien+tuto

- Télécharge SmitfraudFix (de de S!Ri, balltrap34 et moe31) :
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.exe ou http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.exe

- Enregistre-le sur le bureau
- Double-clique sur SmitfraudFix.exe et choisis l'option 1 puis Entrée

- Un rapport sera généré, poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse.

[*] process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un risktool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.[*]

** Ne fais l'étape 2 que si on te le demande.

bonjour

1)pour vista si infection.

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection: IMPORTANT A NE SURTOUT PAS OUBLIER):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

2)telecharge cela:util pour voir ce que peut etre l infection et agir ensuite.

installe le normallement comme tout autre programme dans c/programme/...............
clique sur do a scan and save a logfile, tu obtiens un rapport que tu colles.

fait cela

1)Télécharge SmitfraudFix
Utilitaire de S!Ri: Moe et balltrap34
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php
et télécharge SmitfraudFix.exe.

Exécute le en choisissant l’option 5,
il va générer un rapport
Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

2)pour voir télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

fait d abord smitfraud en option 5 et la tu obtiens un rapport que tu colles. , si il te pose des questions sur un changement de dns repond oui.

ensuite apres avoir fait cela passe en mode sans echec et la relance smitfraud mais la en option 2 , tu obtiens un autre rapport que tu colles.

ensuite tu devras faire comme j ai indique dans le 2) du message 8.

Alors voilà mon ordi a complètement bugé je pouvais plus le démarrer donc j'ai reinitialiser tous le pc donc voilà merci de votre aide mais c'est fini .

si tu penses que c est fini , c est bien.

voila ce que je pense. tu as deja ete infecte . et si tu ne proteges pas correctement ton systeme tu seras a nouveau infecte.donc tu ferais mieux de revenir et de verifier que tu evites au max d etre infecte.
