    It depends on your source; if you got it from an official site like a sports official website or from a TV channel's site and you can download it for free, then it's 99% legal. But if you download it from a ware site or through P2P, there's a good chance it’s illegal.

    Otherwise, for the site, do a search on Google and check the URL to see if it's legal or illegal.
