Hello,
I have a CD problem. When I launch the game, I get the message: "The inserted disc is not the correct one. Please insert the original "HOMM5" CD/DVD."

The disc is the original.

During installation, I had no request for a key, yet one was supplied with the game.

What can I do to play my game??? 
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.8

      Hello, you need to reinstall DirectX9 several times and the key is for playing multiplayer.

    I bought the game again (10 euros) and it works, but no activation key is requested and there's no need to reinstall the game.

    I bought the CD back because it took a long time to respond and luckily the price went down.

    You must launch the game from its setup and then open it to see the different files on the CD.

    I had the same problem when I tried to read it with my player/burner ;)
    I then tried reading it with my player (only player, not burner) and it worked perfectly :)

    Hi Dark, your problem comes from your version, go to the Ubisoft website and download the latest patches for Heroes and it will be fixed.

    Tout est résolu, c'est bon pour Tribal of the East. Le langage français ne marche pas, j'ai mis l'anglais et ça marche. Et pour ton jeu, va sur ubi.com, demande une nouvelle clé, réinstalle le jeu et ça marche.
