Hello,
I have a Dartybox and to check my emails I need to enter a code, but 0000 doesn't work and the code they gave me on the paper isn't working either. What should I do to access my email inbox? Thank you for responding quickly.

Hello,
I've had a Darty Box for a year and a half, and I have no issues.
To access the user account, you need to enter the phone number and the code written on the contract.
I've set Darty Box as my homepage, I just need to enter my name (email address without @dbmail) and the password I chose. I don't see where your problem is, so if it doesn't work, we'll find another solution. Good luck!
