Hello,
I use paint.net and I need to create a pattern from a photo to make a club t-shirt, but the problem is that I also need to insert text and I would like it in a circle, but I can't find the function. Is it possible? If so, how?

you write your text, then you click on the selection rectangle / then you go to the Effects tab and choose warp. I think it would be better to paste it onto the photo afterwards and resize it to the size you want.
