Bonsoir,

Pour commencer : faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner

Ensuite :

Télécharge le fichier d'installation d'HijackThis.

Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau.

Renomme Hijackthis en Tutu

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe (tutu) pour lancer le programme

Par défaut, il s'installera là :
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis

Accepte la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum

Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne, cela pourrait empêcher ton PC de fonctionner correctement

Tutoriaux (ne fixe rien pour le moment !!)

Pour ceux qui ont vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

Tu n'as pas d'antivirus?

si avast mais il s'est desactive a cause de bagle ainsi que spybot et adawre. faut il les reinstaller? car quand je les lance, j'ai le message d'erreur: xxx n'est pas une application win32 valide.

▶ Telecharge FindyKill sur ton bureau :

▶ Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

Pas mal effectivement :

FindyKill XP : nettoyage

▶ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

▶ Double clic sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

▶ Au menu principal,choisi l option 2 (Suppression)

/!\ il y aura un redémarrage, laisse travailler l outils jusqu a l apparition du message "nettoyage effectué"

/!\ Ne te sert pas du pc durant la suppression , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !

▶ ensuite post le rapport FindyKill.txt

* Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque
* Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides

c'est parce que tu as dit les enlever au moment de la suppression, remet les et relance un scan option 1 d'abord, je te dis à demain.

c'est quoi ce truc là c'est bizarre il y le 1er scan option 1 ou findykill détecte les lecteurs et à la suppression ne les supprime pas mais supprime ceci Deleted ! C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch\WINUPGRO.EXE-17681AA8.pf qui avait déjà été supprimé avant, ya quelque chose de bizarre là.

Fais moi ceci :

ComboFix :

* Sous Vista : ▶ Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

▶ Clique sur Démarrer puis sur panneau de configuration
▶ Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
▶ Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
▶ Redémarre le PC

▶ Télécharge Combofix de sUBs

▶ et enregistre le sur le Bureau.

▶ désactive tes protections et ferme toutes tes applications(antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)

▶ Je te conseille d'installer la console de récupération !!

ensuite envois le rapport stp

hello, je pense que j'avais fais une boulette!! en effet j'aviais oublie de desactiver restauration systeme. maintenant c'est fait.
je te poste 2 rapports de find kill: le 1° scan normal, le 2° apres suppression des fichiers et un rapport de combofix.

Pour commencer : faire un petit nettoyage de l'ordi et du registre avec Ccleaner, regarde bien le Tuto CCleaner

Télécharge GenProc sur ton bureau

Double-clique sur GenProc.exe

et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre à la suite de la question êtes vous aider par quelqu'un, répondre oui. Merci.

Pour ceux qui ont Vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

IMPORTANT : Poste la procédure Genproc et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvent il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement )

Le rapport ce trouve soit :

- Allez dans dossier Genproc, puis choisir le dossier page, ensuite choisir Genproc.html pour avoir le rapport sous navigateur internet

où

- Allez dans le dossier Genproc, puis choisir le dossier arguments, ensuite choisir Genproc.txt pour avoir le rapport format texte.
