Bonjour a tous! Je suis en train de me battre avec un Trojan que j'ai malencontreusement laissé rentrer en cliquant sur Ignorer au lieu de Supprimer avec Kaspersky. C'est le Trojan qui affecte svchost.exe : Trojan-PSW.Win32.Agent.ljm Kaspersky n'arrive pas à me le supprimer (70 euros la licence mais bon ... ) J'ai bien peur que vous soyez le dernier rempart entre mon poing et l'unité centrale .. ^^ N'importe quel conseil ou astuce est la bienvenue !! Merci d'avance!

Jai un petit soucis, c'est qu'apparament, CF n'aurait pas exécuté le scirpt, étant donné qu'il ne m'a pas proposé Type 1 or Type 2, il a effectué la meme analyse que tout a l'heure en fait. pourtant j'ai bien fait glissé le bloc note sur l'exec et tout ca!!

Celui la, absolument, dans un bloc note que j'ai renommé CFScript et entregistré sous tout type de fichier dans le bureau !! Comme tu m'as dit! !

- Bon, je pars me coucher, je te laisses ces instructions :

pour vacciner tes ports USB :

Télécharge Flash Disinfector (de sUBs) :https://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe
et enregistres le sur ton bureau
- Double clique sur l'icone de ton bureau pour le lancer
- Une fenêtre "Start Flash Disinfector" apparait --> branches tes disques amovibles (clés USB, , disques durs externes, iPod...) et clique sur OK.
-les icônes vont disparaitre, c'est normal !
- Lorsque le message "Finish" apparaît, clique sur OK.

PS : ton antivirus va peut-etre s'affoler sur ce programme, Il s'agit d'un faux-positif. Si c'est le cas, désactive le ou ignore l'alerte

- Telecharges Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware :

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

- Installe le > double-cliques sur Mbam-setup.exe, à la fin de l'installation, il se mettra automatiquement à jour
- Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lances Malwarebytes
- Executes un "examen complet ">/gras> du pc ( tu n'auras pas accés à internet pendant l'analyse)
- A la fin du scan clic sur <gras>" Afficher les resultats ", si Malwarebytes a trouvé des infections >> clic sur " Supprimer la selection "
- Si il a besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finir la desinfection, acceptes
- Un rapport s'etablira, postes son contenu.

Lol, et ouais, je connais pas grand chose en antivirus voire meme en informatique, (je maitrise quand meme le glisser/déposer ^^ )

Je sais pas comment n'avoir qu'un seul firewall actif (celui de Kaspersky en l'occurence)

Je vais supprimer BitDefender et faire ce que tu m'as dit !

J'ai desinstallé Norton hier soir et la je viens de finir pour Bitdefender, j'ai fait ca avec les programmes. Est ce que le logiciel a supprimé les firewalls ? Et sinon, comment je fait pour garder celui de Kaspersky ?

Il faut que tu ailles verifier au niveau du centre de securité :

- Si tu veux garder le pare-feu Kaspersky --> il doit etre le seul activé et je te conseille de supprimer les autres...

Moi je demande que ca, je viens de voir que le pare feu de windows etait désactivé, et que c'était pas recommandé. Mais bon, j'te fais confiance, c'est loin ce centre de sécurité ? ^^

Heu, OTMoveit vien de bugger, et la j'ai plus d'explorer window, ma barre des taches a disparue,, que faire ..? (C'est stressant ^^)

fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.
