Bonjour,
Gros problème de trojans types virtumonde et fakeav.gr 
Et déconnection dès que je cherche à télécharger les logiciels permettant de les éradiquer

si tu veux vraiment de l'aide je te conseil d'aller à cette adresse  http://www.bitdefender.fr/scan_fr/scan8/ie.html tu fera un scan en ligne et si sa ne fonctionne pas n'oublie pas d'activer le controle active x qui se trouve en haut et qui clignote. sinon viens à mon adresse aimésaine nonolechanceux92 arobase html point fr

Pour analyser ton pc, télécharges le fichier d'installation 
HIJACKTHIS 
https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/securite/11747-hijackthis/


Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau. 

Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme 

Par défaut, il s'installera là : 
C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis 

Accepte la licence en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept" 

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file" 

Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note 

Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout" (ou fais ctrl A), puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport et poste le dans ton prochain message

J'ai réussi à télécharger bitdefender et à faire un scan que je peux poster d'ailleur je le fais maintenant ,souhaitant que ca te rende service...

c'est la raison pour laquelle si tu veux qu'on t'aide ,
 il te faut poster un rapport "hijackthis" afin d'ANALYSER ce qui se passe :)

Et tu as spybot :

Désactive le teatimer de Spybot en passant par les options de Spybot: une fois dans le logiciel, il faut aller dans le menu "Mode" => coche "Mode avancé" => "Outils"(en bas de page)=> "Résident" => et tu décoches cette case: "Résident Teatimer" . Tu ne dois plus voir l'icône du Teatimer dans la barre de tâches!
Ne fais pas l'impasse sur cette étape, car ca peut faire échouer la procédure de désinfection !

essaies ca :

telecharge RSIT: 

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe 

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau. 

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT. 

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions). 

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence. 

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. 

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché) 

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Bonjour ayant lu le topic je t'envoie le resultat de ta demande , (mais suis désolé de n'être la personne qui posait la question ) j'ai le même problème que cette personne voir bien plus de virus et autres petits trucs inefaçables .Le plus drôle est que je ne peux télécharger la plupart des anti virus conseillés pour les trojans, un logiciel doit m'éjecter à chaque fois d'internet .
Je n'avais pas d'anti virus avant et n'avais pas de problème jusqu'au jour ou un message msn utilisant l'adresse de mon neveu m'invita à télécharger une photo .............Voilà je pense que le problème viens de là.
je suis infecte par plein d'autre virus tel que des vundo et autres virtumondes sympathiques à éradiquer sans avoir la possibiliter de télécharger les logiciels correspondants .

Mbam (combo)etait bien prevu en 1er lieu mais je voulais m'assurer du reste

Télécharge Malwarebytes https://www.androidworld.fr/

Tu auras un tutoriel à ta disposition pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

Fais la mise à jour du logiciel (elle se fait normalement à l'installation)

Lance une analyse complète en cliquant sur "Exécuter un examen complet"

Sélectionnes les disques que tu veux analyser et cliques sur "Lancer l'examen"

L'analyse peut durer un bon moment.....

Une fois l'analyse terminée, cliques sur "OK" puis sur "Afficher les résultats"

Vérifies que tout est bien coché et cliques sur "Supprimer la sélection" => et ensuite sur "OK"

Un rapport va s'ouvrir dans le bloc note... Fais un copié/collé du rapport dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum


* Il se pourrait que certains fichiers devront être supprimés au redémarrage du PC... Faites le en cliquant sur "oui" à la question posée

Heu en y reflechissant j'ai un autre ordinateur mais pas sur qu'il fonctionne encore 3 ans qu'il est a la cave .....

1 Quand je suis éjecté aucun message n'apparait ,je reste connecté mais toutes les fenêtres ouvertes fermes...
2 Quand je cherche à ouvrir les logiciels même chose ou plutôt il y a une fenêtre qui s'ouvre et se referme dans le même temps (style image subliminal)
3 J'attends ta réponse et j'essaye d'installer mon autre ordinateur et de transferer les logiciels

slt je vous mets combofix renommé ici en killfix:


télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :  renommé en killfix

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

J'ai donc changé d'ordinateur et réussi à télécharger les logiciels demandés après avoir fait manger mes enfants.
Mais hélas encore une fois je ne peux les installer sur mon autre ordinateur (bien que j'arrive à les copier-coller sur le pc) Donc je vais suivre les dernières instructions souhaitant qu'elles fonctionnent

maintenant, telecharge RSIT: (tu devrais pouvoir ce coup la ;))

random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau. 

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT. 

Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions). 

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence. 

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. 

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)

Sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs !

Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFscript


Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFscrïpt sur le fichier ComboFix.exe

Clique sur le fichier CFScript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relache la souris. Combofix va démarrer.

Une fenêtre bleue va apparaître: au message qui apparaît ( Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) , tape 1 puis valide.

Patiente le temps du scan.Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal!

Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste son contenu.


Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici > C:\ComboFix.txt

Je vous remercie tous pour toute l'aide apportée et vous donne rendez-vous bientôt  pour finir la desinfection ,la famille obige (3 enfants) ,ne me permet pas de terminer le travail.

Mais je tenais à vous dire un grand merci pour cette patience que vous portez à tous nos problèmes.

Je suis sincèrement désolé de ne pas donner suite dans l'immédiat à la résolution de mes virus .Donc à demain ou peut être dans la semaine .

Aucun soucis , on finira qd tu reviendra, l'important est de terminer pour que tu sois tranquille
