Hi,
Simply by renaming your file extension from .txt to .bat (right-click "Rename" or F2).
If the file extension is not visible, open a computer window, go to the "Tools" menu, then "Folder Options". Then go to the "View" tab and uncheck the box "Hide extensions for known file types". Confirm with the OK button and you will then see your file extensions, whatever they may be.
There you go.
