Hello,
I have Photo Impression 4 and I do a lot of photo manipulation with it, but I remember seeing that it was possible to manipulate photos by changing appearances (for example, adding breasts or inflating the face). Do you know which software I can use to do this? Thank you.

You are a true aficionado, in fact.
Anyway, your image is nice and I think it's a good example of what can be done with "this little" software.
For those who want to get started with Photofiltre: a little gift.

Hello,
Investing in Photoshop just to do little things like that when there are plenty of free options capable of doing it? We need to be a bit logical and reasonable, kids...
The most commonly used free options for editing are PhotoFiltre (the easiest to use) and GIMP. With the first one, after quite a bit of use, you quickly hit the limits of its capabilities, but with the second one (which is significantly more complex), it's almost impossible.
Free PhotoFiltre (editor's website): http://photofiltre.free.fr/
GIMP: https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/photo-graphisme/11145-the-gimp/
There's even another lesser-known free tool capable of doing this kind of stuff called Paint.Net: https://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche14651-paint-net.html. I put it last not because it's bad, but it's actually used quite little; it has some good features but also quite a few shortcomings...

The price of a program is inversely proportional to its usability.

I agree with Luke1, Photophiltre is sufficient for small tweaks and it is much more intuitive than Gimp.
;-)
Another gift for those who want to try PhotoFiltre, a very well-made site (albeit revamped) with well-made and well-explained tutorials: http://www.tutopat.com/site/photofiltre.html
