Remove glue from mobile phone

Hello,
The central button of my phone (Sony Ericsson W595) came off, so I tried to glue it back on, but the problem is that the glue spilled on the edges and a bit on the screen. I tried to remove it, but it hardened, and I can't get it off, so I would like to know if you have any tips for removing the dried glue without taking off the button that fell and without damaging the phone. I would be very grateful.

Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Use something based on acetone like nail polish remover; it should soften enough to take it off.

I wanted to glue a piece of my phone case that had come off with super glue and spilled some on the screen!!! To remove the dried glue, I used GENTLE ACETONE-FREE REMOVER with a cotton swab. You have to be patient and scrub for a long time, but it works and there's no trace left of my clumsiness!!!

Be careful, okay! Use a cotton swab and moisten it slightly to avoid risking any liquid dripping into the phone!
