HELP ORDI EN DELIRE(HijackThis inclus)

Bonjour,
Etant novice en la matiere je vou demande un peu d'aide
Mon ordi est en plein délire.Je clike sur des lien via google il me redirige vers dotre site. Lorsque je fais des recherche sur google il me donne des reponse très bizare.De plus des programme veulent sinstaller sans que je ne fasse rien(FileFix). Une pages souvre de temp en temp pour me dire que mon ordi est infecté(antivirus 360) puis fai semblant de me faire un scan. Je suis perdu.
