Virus ? Trojan

Question

Bonjour, sa fait un petit moment que j'ai cliqué sur un lien que quelqu'un m'a envoyé, hors on m'a appris que si j'avais cliqué sur ce lien c'était un trojan, c'est la personne en question qui me l'as dit (car son pc est infecter), mais voilà le mien aussi est infecter, j'ai essayer depuis un moment de m'en débarasser de différentes succès (tuto sur internet, conseil a des amis, informaticiens expert), mais je n'ai toujours pas réussi a enlevé ce trojan qui prodduit plusieurs erreur sur mon pc quand j'utilise internet (erreur que la page n'est pas accessible ou pas disponible alors que je suis déja allez dessus), ou msn (envoi un lien avec le trojan) , ou autres (antivirux bloqué lors des mises a jour)...

Si quelqu'un pouvait vraiment m'aider, je n'en plus de savoir que mon pc est infecter !

Système d'exploitation = Windows Vista
Antivirus = Antivir
Parefeu = Windows defender

&#x25B6; Poste le rapport obtenu dans le bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse.


Comment copier/coller le rapport :


&#x25B6; Quand tu as le rapport à l écran, tu fais ctrl A pour "sélectionner tout" puis ctrl C pour "copier".

&#x25B6; ensuite tu viens sur le forum pour me répondre et tu fais ctrl V pour "coller" le rapport.

bonjour :

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau. 

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours ! 

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer . 

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " . 

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months 

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ... 


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ... 


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note). 

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ... 

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum 


( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

On va utiliser ComboFix.exe. Rends toi sur cette page web pour obtenir les liens de téléchargement, ainsi que des instructions pour exécuter l'outil:

* Vérifie que tu as fermé/désactivé tous les programmes anti-virus, anti-malware ou anti-spyware afin qu'ils n'interfèrent pas avec le travail de ComboFix.

Envoie le contenu de C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse afin que je l'examine.

Oui c'est bien ça qu'il fallait  ;-)

&#x25B6; Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (de Team IDN) sur ton Bureau
  
&#x25B6; Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé. 

&#x25B6; Sous XP : Double-clique sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D. 

&#x25B6; Sous Vista : Fais un clic droit sur ToolbarSD et sélectionne "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".

&#x25B6; Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée. 

&#x25B6; Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche. 

&#x25B6; Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Toolbar-S&D  ce lien me fait bien télécharger quelque chose, je le lance mais il génére une erreur quand je veux le lancer (je suis sous vista).

Voilà le message : Windows Vista ne trouve pas "'%systemdrive%\Toolbar SD\ ToolBarSD.cmd'. Vous avez peut-êtr tapé un nom incorrect dans le champ Exécuter ou un autre programme ne peut pas trouver un fichier système. Pour rechercher un fichier, cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer, puis Rechercher.

Le tout fourni avec un seul boutton "OK"

salut essaies en faisant ceci d abord :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration. 
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs. 
- Clique sur Continuer. 
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur. 
- Valide par OK et redémarre.

Désloé mais çà fait éja un moment qu'on s'occupe de mon cas en essayant de télécharger ce que vous me demander, de faire des scans, et je le fais sasns broncher, mais pour l'instant j'ai l'imprésion que je fais rouler dans la farine de plus en plus, et mon virus ou trojan est  toujours sur mon pc, alors je le demane a d'autres personnes du forum de me dire si j'ai raison ou pas, je ne continurai pas tant que je n'aurai pas de réponse, moi je m'inquete vraimen de la santé de mon pc!

il ne faut pas le prendre mal c'est juste une pensée générale (tellement qu'il ne doit meme plus y faire attention tout comme moi d ailleurs 

fais les nettoyages demandes et tu repartiras avec un pc qui ira mieux :)

ok je m'y remet de suite en espérant que je vais y arriver, mon rêve serait e télécharger un logiciel d'antivirus qui enleve tout d'un coup en virus/trojan et que le pc disent "je ne suis plus infecter, sa fait du bien !", et qu'il me protege par la suite de programmes malveilant, en cherchant sur internet on m'a conseillé "Chuck Norris(antivirus 9999% efficace, contre virus, trojan, et autres problèmes en tout genre)", mais je crois que c'est qu'un mythe!

J'ai ressayé avec Ad-Remover  une dixene de fois et il me met un message penant le scan en blanc sur le font rose :
"Impossible de continuer"
"Impossible de continuer"
etc....
Ensuite il me met un autre message quand je ferme l'application : "si vous rencontrer ce type d'erreur, veuillez contacter la personne chargez de vous aider".
Voilà.... Est ce que c'est normal ? Merci d'avance pour la réponse.

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration. 
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs. 
- Clique sur Continuer. 
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.

Choisis A

Puis choisis S, le programme va travailler. 

Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.

Note :

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...)

pas tout à fait mais on est en bonne voie de guérison

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours ! 

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer . 

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " . 

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months 

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ... 


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ... 


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note). 

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ... 

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum 


( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

? clique droit sur l'icône Ad-remover située sur ton bureau
? choisis executer en tant qu administrateur
? Au menu principal choisi l'option "scan"
? Postes le rapport qui apparait à la fin .

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log )

"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall)

--> Tapes  ( option " recherche " ) puis tape sur [Entrée].  

Un rapport sera généré à la fin du processus : poste son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse

gen-hackman ? depuis qu'on a fait pas mal de modification avec les logiciels que tu m'a donné les pb internet avec explorer et mozilla deviennent de plus en plus fréquent (ex: je suis sur 2 site l'explorer plante et me dit qu'un erreur est survenu et qu'il doit fermer la page), je sais pas si c'est normal ou qoui, mais je crois que opter pour un formatage de mon pc serait une éradication efficace de mon de mon pc (après c'est qu'une supposition, dit moi ce que t'en pense.

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Choisi l option 1 ( Recherche )

# Laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

En branchant la clée le logiciel a supprimer un document "tel.xls" (document excel pour lui néfaste) après avoir utiliser es autres options du logiciel et et l'une nécessitant le redémarrage du pc par l'une d'en elle, mon pc a gagner 19 g sur le disque C !

Bah en fait c'est celui que j'ai post en haut, la 1ere fois que j'ai utiliser le logiciel, il voulais pas afficher le rapport.
Et j'ai donc fait ce que j'ai dis prédcédament, puis fait le rapport ne voyant pas qu'il marche, est ce que j'ai fait une bêtisse ou pas?

je n'arrive pas afficher le rapport avec l'opion 1, sa ferme le programme et sa fait abolument rien, je suis obliger de passer par une autre option pour pouvoir avoir un rapport, qui n'est pas apparement le bon. Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

# Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .

# Choisi l option 1 ( Recherche )

# Laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Je l'ai fait en mode sans échec et en mode normal, meme chose, mais sa travaille, sa redémarre le pc mais le rapport n'est plus sur mon ordinateur :(

salut on va faire autrement

Télécharge OTL de OLDTimer

et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

Double clic sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

Coche les 2 cases Lop et Purity

Coche la case devant scan all users

Clic sur Run Scan.

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\OTL.txt)


Pour me le transmettre clique sur ce lien

Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier ci-dessus.

Clique sur Ouvrir.

Clique sur "Cliquez ici pour déposer le fichier".

Un lien de cette forme :

Une fois l'installation terminée, le fix s'exécutera automatiquement.

Je suis vraiment dsl mais tu sais en ce moment je traverse une période longue et difficile ou je dois faire face a plein de problèmes irl (plusieurs décès dans la famille, et une famille qui est en gros conflit suite a ces décès, je dois par ailleurs m'occupe de ma mère venu habité chez moi), alors tu sais c'est vraiment pas facile pour moi de m'occuper de mon ordinateur en même temps, en espérant que tu comprendra mes soucis.
