Suis je infecté ? merci

Bonjour,

depuis deux -trois jours, je constate que le ventilo de mon pc portable tourne un peu trop souvent et plus rapidement que d'habitude
en outre mon pc rame a l'ouverture des fenetres et aux lancement des applications
je n'ai rien ajouter comme log qui pourrait me le faire ramer
j'ai fait un hijack

si quelqu'un pouvait déja me renseigner sur une eventuelle infection ca m'avancerait
je vous en remercie
