Where are the fonts in Windows?

Hello,
I have a problem with accented letters not displaying in the messages I send with Outlook since I reinstalled everything. It seems I need to remove the fonts so they can reinstall correctly.
But where are the fonts? (Note, I didn't say "what does the police do?")

    In the "fonts" folder of Windows.
