Hello,
I recently downloaded the PhotoScape software (in French).
I would like to be able to turn a photo or an image into black and white while keeping an object or a person in color. If I need to download another software, please let me know and explain how to do it!
Thank you in advance!!!!

Hello,
To put your photo in B&W, go to Batch editor, or Traitement par lot (if it's in French), you should normally see about 6 or 7 "options" (with sepia, blur, dilate...), check Grayscale, and your photo will be in B&W. If it doesn't work, try the others. But be careful to uncheck the ones you don't want.
To have only one or more parts in color, you need to download Photofiltre (you might already have it), open your image, go to edit, and use as pattern. You should normally see two toolbars at the top. There's a black/gray square, click on it to turn your photo B&W. Then go to the toolbar on the right and click on the kind of stamp. Check pattern, then enter a number that will determine the size of your cursor. Place it on your image, and color the part you want to be in color.
There you go, I hope I helped you.
Kisses, goodbye.
