Call ended before it could ring!!!

Hello everyone,
For over 6 months I have had a Samsung Z240E that was with Orange and I switched to Bouygues 4 months ago,

no problem until last week when I make a call, it says "call ended" even before it rings and I noticed that it only happens in my room...(I can no longer send SMS either)

I don't understand anything because the network is at maximum, I even tried with a friend's SIM card and it's the same problem,

So if there are anyone who knows where this problem might come from (interference with computer equipment????) please let me know because it's my only phone and I can no longer make calls!!!!
