Convert *.PST to *.CSV without Outlook?

Hello,
I would like to retrieve a backup of my Outlook contacts to import them into Gmail... but I no longer have a PC with Outlook available. Otherwise, I would have simply imported them into Outlook and then re-exported them in CSV format.

I have searched for a way to do it without Outlook but found nothing :-(

=> Do you have any tips to suggest?

Thank you so much in advance for your quick replies (I have lost all my contacts and I feel cut off from the world!)
