Hello,
I got this webcam but without the installation drivers, can someone tell me where I can find them?

Download the file (see the first link) from post 1 and then install it by clicking on the setup.exe file

Hello Pico,
here is the message that appears after I proceeded as you instructed:
"the camera is not present and the setup fails. Plug in the device and run setup again"

no idea what to do???

The message says that the webcam is not present and that it needs to be plugged in before restarting the driver installation.

Except that it is well connected... to the USB port at the front,
there are others at the back,

It's the same, only make sure that the USB ports are working properly and that the drivers are installed.

that's where the old webcam was connected so the port is working,

but I don't think the driver is installed since the installation didn't complete (with the message that appeared),

No, since you have an error message the installation assistant does not recognize the webcam.

So when you start the installation, you receive a message (at the beginning): Please make sure that the camera is present. Or the setup may be failed, this is when you need to plug in the webcam (try a USB port at the back of the PC) to continue the installation.

Oh yes... sorry I didn't see post 15, no for this model >>> there is no driver for Windows Vista.

Hello. So here it is, like the first person I have a Clipsonic TEC400... I retrieved it, the light turns on, my USB ports are fine, well whatever... Only I no longer have the installation CD.
I went to Ma-Config.com to download the missing drivers, but apparently it doesn't work, I don't have any links to grab the drivers.
So I searched and found this help topic. When I saw the link for the drivers, I thought it was good, at last I would have my Cam working. I didn't count on my incredible luck (or rather bad luck --').
Because here it is, when I click on your link, I get a blank page, from the Megaclick URL

I went to the distributor's site, it's the same thing... Can I only hope to ever use my Cam??? Please help me...
