Hello,

I just bought a Labtec wireless keyboard and mouse set.

There’s an issue: when I turn off my PC, my receiver stays on as well as my mouse.

How can I turn them off??

Thank you
Vnicent
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.6

The mouse can automatically turn off if it doesn't move for a certain period of time or if it no longer receives the synchronization signal from the relay/receiver, if the latter is no longer powered by the tower!
Turning off your power supply should cut the power to the USB ports!

Thank you for your quick responses

So when I cut off the power supply, my USB receiver turns off, but my mouse still blinks,

isn't it possible to completely turn it off to save batteries ^^ ?

If the mouse is not equipped with a switch: unplug the batteries!

yes it doesn't have a switch,

is there no trick otherwise?
if I leave the batteries how long will they last?

Tip: don't move the mouse. After a while, there will be no signal on the motion detection diode, so the mouse will turn off!

The longevity of the batteries depends on the amount of energy contained in them and the mouse's consumption... I know neither! How then can I respond to you with any semblance of accuracy?
