Lumene Plazza 2 screen frozen

Hello,
I just bought a Lumene Plazza 2 projection screen and it is stuck fully open with no way to retract it...
If anyone has had an issue with a Lumene manual model...
Configuration: Mac OS X Safari 525.27.1

      Thank you, I know it's the movement to rewind it but it was really blocked and stayed open at maximum. So I returned it to Pixmania. Problems for 4 months with them. Finally bought the same model at Rue du Commerce only to end up with a dented product, I had to take it apart and likewise, it doesn't retract!!! Has anyone managed to solve this problem on their own because I'm fed up with the customer service of online sites...

    Yes, the manual reel is a real problem. 2 models sent back to customer service (Pixmania and Rue du Commerce). The 3rd item was the right one, and I've been very happy with it for nearly 9 months now.
    P.S.: Pixmania has a real customer service where they treat the customer like a big jerk! After 4 months of negotiation, no new model sent and no refund, just a credited Pixmania account. At RDC, they offered to refund me or exchange. I chose the exchange which was done in 3 days and had no problem. Conclusion: avoid Pixmania!
