Infection de Win XP home : MAJ Pack 2 + virus

Bonjour a tous !

Depuis plusieurs jours j'essaye de nettoyer mon pc, malheureusement les problemes s'amoncelent alors je me tourne vers vous.

Je vous remercie d'avance pour l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter ainsi que pour vos conseils.

Voici donc des renseigements pour ceux qui veulent bien me guider:

Mon materiel => PC portable HP pavilion ze4125
OS => WIN XP home english
Mon probleme =>
- Bugs intempestifs depuis une MAJ de XP pack2
- Ensuite desinstallation du pack 2
- Absence de fichiers DLL au demarrage
- prsence de virus ou troyens
- Installation de adaware
- Installation de spybot
- absence de fichier DLL encore
- retourne de troyens malgre delete avec adaware
- enfin de jours en jours les choses s'aggravent ....

Cela dit, j'espere ke l'1 d'entre vous voudra prendre un peu de son temps pour me guider ....car je n'ose continuer seul !
Etant nouveau ici, j'attend vos reponse sur ma messagerie

_fais un scan en ligne ( si tu as internet bien entendu)ici :

puis telecharge a² free ici et scan ton systeme avec en mode ss échec restauration systeme désactivée

Je n'ai pas pu te donner de rapport concernant l'infection de mon portable car ma connexion internet est infectée.

1) Impossibilité d'ouvrir une page web
2) Impossibilité msn messenger
3) Scan avec avast = virus = win 32-trojans 213
4) Scan avec adaware 36 objets critiques
5) Scan avec spybot 7 entrées infectées = 5 dso exploit + 2 dyfuca
6) Scan avec asquared non terminé
7) fichier dll manquant au démarrage

Merci de me dire en ligne la marche à suivre pour nettoyer le pc.

Richard 1, Jess 15, ou quelqu'un d'autre si nico 54 n'est pas en ligne merci de m'aider car deja une semaine de boulot perdu.

Hello

Ensuite desinstallation du pack 2

Quand tu installes une MAJ, ton système crée un point de restauration
Tu regardes dans Démarrer==>accessoire==>outils système==>resto du système
Regarde les dates de tes point de restauration, l'une doit s'appeler MAJ SP ou dans le genre

Tu restore ton sys à cette date

Bonjour / Bonsoir a toutes et a tous,

Merci a tous pour votre aide meme si mon PC semble etre tjrs infecte
aujourdhui j'en suis a ce stade :

1) J'ai suivi les indications de kiki
2) au lancement de Win, j'ai toujours ce message d'erreur :
error loading C:/Program files/wild tangent/Apps/CDA/CDA Engine 0400.DLL
3) il m'est tjrs impossible de lancer une page web via Internet Explorer
si je vous ecris C'est grace a FIREFOX
4) Blocage intempestif au demarage de MSN Messenger par moment

au secours aidez-moi svp !
vous pouvez essayer de me contacter via msn messenger , car des fois ca fonctionne, je pourrai mieux repondre a toutes les questions que vous trouverez utiles et necessaires.

Hello

Tu désactives cette ligne dans les processus (ctrl+alt+supp) ==>processus et ensuite tu la fixes en mode sans échec

j'avance peu a peu vers la solution definitive

voila ou j'en suis :

1) je n'ai plus de message xxxx.DLL manquant a l'ouverture
2) J'arrive a ouvrir des pages web mais des fois le navigateur se bloque
I.E merde en fait
3) G virer mon antivirus aussi = AVAST


4) envoie moi une adresse pour un scan en ligne car securiser . com ne fonctionne pas apparemment

Bonjour,

DSL mais je ne peux faire de scan en ligne car il me semble qu'il me manque quelque chose avec FIREFOX.
La page s'affiche mais impossible de lancer le scan.

Avec IE, blocage aussi mais plus encore inpossible de clicker , et l'affiche de la page est incorrecte .

Salut a tous,

Tout d'abord merci a tous ceux qui ont bien voulu me repondre pour m'aider ou me conseiller.

Hier, j'ai recommence toute la procedure de nettoyage et j'ai trouve le virus suivant avec avast :
WIN32: KUANG2

je l'ai supprime et ensuite
J'ai fait un coup de spybot puis a2squarerd

J'ai supprime tous les fichiers trouves douteux

et je suis de nouveau parmis vous.

J'ai recu le mail de Dolly.Dagger
mais je n'ai pas encore fixer la ligne mais je tiens a te dire dolly que ton message m'etonne car j'ai bien fait une MAJ de windows service pack 1

J'ai essaye neanmoins avec windows Update mais j'ai un message qui me dit que je l'ai deja installe !

2) j'arrive a ouvrir des pages web avec IE mais je ne peux clicker sur les liens mais avec FIREFOX oui!

3) Je pense ke j'ai encore des fichiers pirates ou que mon win est infecte car Windows media player ne fonctionne plus malgre une restauration

MERCI grandement a ceux ki veulent bien continuer a m'aider !

PS: Impossible egalement de lancer un scan en ligne
