j'ai ça : Win32.TDSS.rtk revient au démarragRésolu/Fermé

Question

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai chopé Win32.TDSS.rtk, ça revient tjrs au démarrage.
Spybot n'arrive pas l'éliminer, ESET trouve rien.

j'ai aussi twext.exe que le rapport en ligne Hijack me conseil de fixer, ça revient aussi au demarrage.

Toujours présent au démarrage ! avec demande connection serveur (refusé bien sur)

1)pour vista si infection.

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection: IMPORTANT A NE SURTOUT PAS OUBLIER):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

2)pour voir télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

et enregistre le sur le bureau.


déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

3)telecharge cela:util pour voir ce qu il reste comme infection.

installe le normallement comme tout autre programme dans c/programme/...............
clique sur do a scan and save a logfile, tu obtiens un rapport que tu colles.

Comme je l'ai dit à totobetourne je n'ai plus de connexion internet sur le PC, j'utilise un autre.
Après activation de combofix, plus de connexion net.
j'ai lu le tuto pour réparer ma connexion manuellement...mais tjrs rien...

passe cela on verra ce qu il te donne comme resultat.
passe cet antimalware, fait comme indique
Telecharges malwaresbytes antimalwares(MBAM) : egalement tres util sur pb de pub mais pas tous malheureusement

fais comme indique,mise a jour , scan complet en mode sans echec et les rapports.
COLLE LE RAPPORT APRES SUPPRESSION MERCI.

si tu as ad aware tu peux desinstalle car il ne reconnait plus grand chose.

J'ai pu me débarrasser de divers malware avec spybot en sans échec mais
twext.exe toujours actif.
Quelqu'un a une idée autre que combofix (suppression connexion internet si activé sous mon Vista).

Freedo, je t'avais posté un MP ==> lis-le (regarde le haut à droite de la page CCM, clic sur l'enveloppe qui clignote).
Procédure que je ne peux pas publier !

Et pour ComboFix, une fois son icône exécutable sur le bureau, tu peux débrancher physiquement ta connexion au Net, et lancer l'analyse à partir de l'icône.

je ne repère rien de spécial dans les rapports, pas d'alerte.
mon système à l'air d'être redevenu saint...jusqu'a la prochaine...

Eset me trouve ça : "time dead warn default" dans app data, bien sûr il ne peut pas nettoyer ou suppr!

Par contre freddo,postes les rapports demandé si tu veux qu'on avance car sinon on va patauger.C'est à nous d'analyser les rapports afin de te dire si cela est bon ou pas.Car si tu relis les posts precedent,on a que tes remarques "ca a l'air clean" ou " ca a pas l'air clean"

Repostes un Rsit et je te donne la procedure à suivre

 Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau. 

-> http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe 

! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours ! 

Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer . 

-> Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " . 

* Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months 

* clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ... 


-> laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ... 


Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note). 

Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ... 

Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum 


( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

Fais les controler sur virus total

Clique sur le menu Demarrer /Panneau de configuration/Options des dossiers/ puis dans l'onglet Affichage
  - Coche    Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
  - Décoche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
  - Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)
clique sur Appliquer, puis OK.

N'oublie pas de recacher à nouveau les fichiers cachés et protégés du système d'exploitation en fin de désinfection, c'est important

Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :

    * Clique sur Parcourir en haut, choisis Poste de travail et cherche ce fichier : Chemin\Fichier

    * Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
    * Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
    * Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
    * Clique alors sur les deux fleches
    * Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
    * Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.

j'ai voulu poster toutes les résultats d'analyses d'1 coup, pas possible.
VIRUS TOTAL ne trouve rien sur tous les fichiers que tu m'a demandé de vérifier.
aucune alerte, aucun anti-virus n'a signalé de suspects.

1/Télécharge Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware 

https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/ 

- Sur la page cliques sur Télécharger Malwarebyte’s Anti-Malware 
- Enregistres le sur le bureau 
- Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d’installation 
- Lorsqu’il te le sera demandé, met à jour Malwarebytes anti malware 
- Si le pare-feu demande l’autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, acceptes 
- Une fois la mise à jour terminée, ferme Malwarebytes 
- Double-cliques sur l’icône de malwarebytes pour le relancer 
- Dans l’onglet, Recherche, probablement ouvert par défaut, 
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet 
- Clique sur Rechercher 
- Le scan démarre 
- A la fin de l’analyse, un message s’affiche : L’examen s’est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur ‘Afficher les résultats’ pour afficher tous les objets trouvés. 
- Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre. 
- Si des malwares ont été détectés, cliques sur Afficher les résultats 
- Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine. 
- Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d’analyse. 
- Rends toi dans l’onglet rapport/log 
- Tu cliques dessus pour l’afficher une fois affiché 
- Tu cliques sur édition en haut du bloc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tout 
- Tu recliques sur édition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse 
- Tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la réponse et coller

Telecharge maintenant FindyKill sur ton bureau :

--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default 

--> Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau 

--> Choisi executer en tant qu administrateur

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"

Nettoyage : 
Démarre en mode sans échec : 
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter. 
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée. 
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal ! 
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).

Relance le programme Smitfraud, 
Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a tous ; 
Sauvegarde le rapport, 
Redémarre en mode normal, 
copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum 

process.exe 
est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Bon,tu as bien fait de supprimer ce dossier freud car en relisant le rapport Combofix que t'avais fait faire Totobetoune en debut de Topic,y'a de quoi se poser des questions sur ce dossier

Suppressions:

Supprimes ce que tu as en quarantaine dans ton antivirus et dans tes antispywares

Clique sur le menu Demarrer /Panneau de configuration/Options des dossiers/ puis dans l'onglet Affichage
  - Coche    Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés
  - Décoche Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
  - Décoche Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation (recommandé)
clique sur Appliquer, puis OK.

N'oublie pas de recacher à nouveau les fichiers cachés et protégés du système d'exploitation en fin de désinfection, c'est important

Fais analyser le(s) fichier(s) suivants sur Virustotal :

    * Clique sur Parcourir en haut, choisis Poste de travail et cherche ce fichier : Chemin\Fichier
    * Clique maintenant sur Envoyer le fichier. et laisse travailler tant que "Situation actuelle : en cours d'analyse" est affiché.
    * Il est possible que le fichier soit mis en file d'attente en raison d'un grand nombre de demandes d'analyses. En ce cas, il te faudra patienter sans actualiser la page.
    * Lorsque l'analyse est terminée ("Situation actuelle: terminé"), clique sur Formaté
    * Une nouvelle fenêtre de ton navigateur va apparaître
    * Clique alors sur les deux fleches
    * Fais un clic droit sur la page, et choisis Sélectionner tout, puis copier
    * Enfin colle le résultat dans ta prochaine réponse.


    * Fais la même chose avec ces fichiers : Chemin\Fichier

salut, 
je m'aperçois que Eset ne trouve plus rien, sur les fichiers reconnu infectés
il m'annonce : 
- le décompactage n'a pas pu être achevé (motifs possibles : mémoire libre ou espace disque insuffisant, ou problème avec les dossiers temporaires)

Pourtant le fichier est à 60% infecté sur virus total.
Je pense que je vais le réinstaller....non?

---> Désactive ton antivirus le temps de la manipulation car OTMoveIt3 est détecté comme une infection à tort. 

---> Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (OldTimer) sur ton Bureau :

---> Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer. 

---> Copie (Ctrl+C) le texte suivant ci-dessous :

Supprimes tout ce que tu as en quarantaine dans ton antivirus et dans tes antispywares,puis > Télécharge Dr.Web CureIt sur ton Bureau : ftp://ftp.drweb.com/pub/drweb/cureit/drweb-cureit.exe - Double clique et ensuite clique sur ; - Clique à l'invite de l'analyse rapide. S'il trouve des processus infectés alors clique le bouton . Note : une fenêtre s'ouvrira avec options pour "Commander" ou "50% de réduction" : Quitte en cliquant le "X". - Lorsque le scan rapide est terminé, clique sur le menu puis ; Choisis l'onglet , et décoche . Clique ensuite sur . - De retour à la fenêtre principale : clique pour activer - Clique le bouton avec flèche verte sur la droite, et le scan débutera. - Clique pour tout à l'invite "Désinfecter ?" lorsqu'un fichier est détecté, et ensuite clique "Désinfecter". - Lorsque le scan sera complété, regarde si tu peux cliquer sur l' icône, adjacente aux fichiers détectés (plusieurs feuilles l'une sur l'autre). Si oui, alors clique dessus et ensuite clique sur l'icône , au dessous, et choisis . - Du menu principal de l'outil, au haut à gauche, clique sur le menu et choisis . Sauvegarde le rapport sur ton Bureau. Ce dernier se nommera DrWeb.csv - Ferme Dr.Web Cureit - Redémarre ton ordi (important car certains fichiers peuvent être déplacés/réparés au redémarrage). - Suite au redémarrage, poste (Copie/Colle) le contenu du rapport de Dr.Web dans ta prochaine réponse.
