Issue transferring EBP management accounting to EBP accounting.

Hello,
I have a tiny issue regarding my transfer from EBP Gestion Co to EBP Compta. After my transfer, which I do via Operation/Transfer to Accounting, everything goes well except that my sales are recorded in account 70 instead of 701. I have specified 701 in File/Preferences/Account Root. I did the same for my items, specifying 701. I don’t understand. Help. Thank you.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 3.0.6

    Hello,

    Despite the information entered in the preferences (filled in after the creation of the articles), each article sheet needs to be reviewed one by one, and in the account number, the sales account should be modified according to the VAT rate.

        I have the same problem...

        I transfer about fifty sales invoices every month:
        half of them transfer correctly (706xxx) and the other half transfers into the general account 706.
        Usually, I manually re-enter the entries one by one to put them in the right accounts, but
        we have more and more customers, and this work takes me too much time.

        I checked the settings, and they seem correct...

        Did it work for you?

        Do you know where the error might be, please? It's quite urgent.

    Hello,

    Is your problem resolved?
    Because mine is similar to yours! We have been working on EBP since last year, and at that time we were not subject to VAT, but since January 1st we are.
    I have modified my items, my invoices are correct, the VAT rate is there, but when transferring to EBP accounting it no longer works!
    Here is the message that appears: "Account number 70 is not allowed because it's a root account."
