Mario Kart Wii: Unlocking Tracks Solved

Question

Hello,
I would like to know how to unlock the circuits in Mario Kart Wii please?
I have looked at other questions for answers, but for some reason, it's not very clear! Sorry. Can someone explain to me - do I have to win races with the same character?
- in single player mode?
- is it possible to win circuits while playing with others?
- with the same vehicle?
- do I have to do it with the 50, 100, and 150cc or is one sufficient to win?
- in the same cup?
Because I have won several cups but nothing new appears! I don't know where the issue is? I don't have a DS card, is it necessary?
- are there things to validate on the license?

Earn at least one star in all new cups in 50cc.

Baby Luigi
Unlock 8 developer ghosts in Time Trial mode.

Birdo
Complete 16 different races in Time Trial or win 250 Wi-Fi matches.

Bowser Jr.
Earn at least one star in all retro cups in 100cc.

Dry Bones
Earn at least one star in all new cups in 150cc.

Daisy
Win the gold trophy in the Special Cup in 150cc.

Diddy Kong
Win the gold trophy in the Lightning Cup in 50cc.

Unlock 4 developer ghosts in Time Trial mode.

You start the game, 1-player mode > Grand Prix > you choose your speed level (50cc, 100cc, 150cc) > you choose your character > you choose a kart (only for 50cc and 150cc and mirror mode 150cc) or a bike (only 100cc) > you choose the cup you want > Ok!
