Hello,
I had to create a multiple-choice questionnaire that I had completed by about thirty people.
I converted the results into percentages.
And now I need to interpret the results using graphs in Word or Excel.....the problem is that I can't add labels to my bars, nor can I add more bars; it’s limited to 4 bars.
Thank you in advance

Hello
I don't understand, I am unable to execute the chart in Word 2007, here is the error message:
certain types of charts cannot be combined with others. Please choose a different type of chart.-
1) Do not intrude into someone else's discussion to resolve your own difficulties.
2) Click on "Ask your question" at the top right (in orange) of the screen.
3) Use a clear and explicit title, such as "Word 2007: combined chart"
4) Always specify the version of the software used.
5) Provide enough explanations so that one can understand the problem, even without having the file in front of them. Thus, "I am unable to execute the chart" is too vague and imprecise.

Good evening,
A graphical representation requires defining two things, the range (the impacted rows and columns) and the labels (the names of the series - generally the title of the column) Once this is done, the histogram chart here yields the result with as many bars as there are columns and adjusts a scale that you can change.
For example, a table:
a1 = empty
b1 = person1 c1 = person2
d1 = person3
e1 = person4
f1 = person5
a2 = number of correct answers
b2 = 4 c2 = 5
etc....f2 = 8
the selected range from a1 to f2 gives a histogram of 5 bars with values ranging from x to 8 in which you display the label person1.....and on the bars the values..
Then you can copy and paste into your presentation in Word

Hello.
Word is not designed for creating advanced graphics.
You need to insert an Excel spreadsheet into the Word document and create your chart with Excel.
If you insert a chart directly in Word, you will indeed get a small table of only 4 categories and 3 series; it's up to you to enlarge it before entering your values.
