PB internet explorer suite à antivirus 360 Fermé

Question

Bonjour,

J'ai, comme nombreux d'entre nous, choper antivirus 360. J'ai pu le désinstaller grâce à spybot et il n'existe plus sur mon fichier système. Par contre il m'a pourri internet explorer, dès que j'ouvre ma connexion j'ai l'affichage publicitaire de l'antivirus sur ma page google et dès que j'essaye d'ouvrir un site il me met "blocked" et m'envoie sur une page antivirus qui me dit que si "je n'accepte pas la mission qui m'est confié tout va sauter mais que lui gentil héros lutteur de virus va m'aider moyennant quelque deniers....heu quelques dollars". Désolée humour du samedi soir après un long après midi d'antivirus mania.

J'ai fait une ré initialisation à partir de la page internet explorer mais cela n'a rien changer..... Pouvez vous m'aider à me débarrasser de ce très très ennuyeux parasites pas du tout sympathique !!!

Bonsoir pupillaire,

Pour commencer 

Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur ton Bureau.
http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
    * Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
    * Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
    * Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
    * Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

--> Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché) ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

Note : Les deux rapports sont également sauvegardés C:\rsit

Rien d'infectieux dans tes rapports, 
pour vérification tu peux faire ceci 

Télécharge DiagHelp.zip sur ton bureau http://www.malekal.com/download/DiagHelp.zip
==> Ne double-clic pas dessus !! Fais un clic droit sur le fichier et extraire tout
==> Un nouveau dossier chercher va être créé DiagHelp
==> Ouvre le et double-clic sur go.cmd (le .cmd peut ne pas apparaître)
==> Une fenêtre va s'ouvrir, choisis l'option 1
==> L'analyse va commencer, ceci peut durer quelques minutes, laisse faire et appuie sur une touche quand on te le demande
==> Copie/colle le contenu du bloc-note qui s'ouvre, pour cela :
==> Dans le bloc-note, cliquez sur le menu Edition / Selectionner tout
==> A nouveau menu Edition / copier
==> Poste le rapport


ensuite 

* Télécharge malwarebytes

=> Installe le 
=> Ensuite va en mode sans echec 


   Relance le Pc et tapote la touche F8 ( ou F5 pour certains) , jusqu’à l’apparition des inscriptions avec choix de démarrage
   Avec les touches « flèches », sélectionne Mode sans échec ==> entrée ==>nom utilisateur habituel


=> Lance malwarebytes
=> Coche "Executer un examen complet"
=> Si tu es en présence d'une infection à la fin de l'examen clique sur "ok"
=> Clique sur Supprimer la sélection
=> Pour poster le rapport Clique sur l'onglet Rapports/Logs, sélectionne celui t'intéresse et clique sur Ouvrir
=> Fait copier coller et poste le rapport

Décidément, j'ai relancé diaghelp, ce coup ci cela a fonctionné mais au moment ou il m'a demander d'appuyer sur n'importe quelle touche lorsque je l'ai fait il revient au niveau de la liste des fichiers.

encore moi,

je viens de reprendre tout depuis le début, je crois que mon problème vient du fait que lorsque je télécharge diaghelp au moment de l'extraire j'ai un message qui me dit qu'il contient un cheval de troie du coup je répare mais cela empêche l'extraction c'est normal donc je pense que je ne puisse pas lancer l'application.

je crois que je vais allez faire dodo dans pas longtemps mes yeux se ferment tout seul alors je reprendrais tout cela demain ! J'espère vraiment que j'aurais la chance de t'avoir encore comme @docteur.

En tout cas merci déjà pour tout ce temps que tu as bien voulu m'accorder c'est très sympa vraiment.

Je ne sais pas ce que c'est un tuto et pour ce qu'il en est de faire un scan sous internet explorer c'est impossible car dès que j'essaye d'ouvrir un site ou une page il me colle bloked et m'envoie sur un message de l'antivirus 360;

En tout cas si j'ai bien compris lorsque que tu me dis de faire un scan en ligne il s'agit de le faire directement en ouvrant le lien sur internet explorer (sauf que ce n'est pas possible vu mon pb).

Télécharge sur ton bureau RHosts (Merci à S!ri) disponible ici,

Double-clique sur Rhosts.exe et clique sur "restaurer".
