Page de demarrage IE changée

ma page de demarrage affiche d'Internet Explorer affiche : res://C:\WINNT\system32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm
J ai une page web visiblement issue d un site e-finder ( your Personal Pages)
J ai telechargé hijackthis et voici le log .J avoue etre nul en info et ne pas savoir comment supprimer le malveillant programme qui me pourrit mon dimanche
