Bonjour,

Tiens c'est marrant dit donc, ils mettent le "Bonjour" automatiquement au début des messages maintenant...
Vous devez avoir à faire à des mes supers poli dit donc!

Bonsoir donc, je m'adresse donc à la communauté qui comprend ce que je ne comprends pas pour une aide avec les spywares et autres méchant éléctrons, mon computer débloque à mort!!! (Ex: pour poster j'ai du m'inscrire, parce que mon ordi n'affiches plus le code de sécurité ou les petites icônes qu'il y'a sur internet, le google ne s'affiche plus ect...)
Alors j'ai jeté un oeil sur les précédents messages et j'ai vu qu'il fallait télécharger HIJACKTHIS et faire un rapport et vous le coller...
Si vous pouviez m'aider, je sacrifierais une lapin, pour que vôtre fertilité ensemance la planète...

SAlut!

Commence par ceci:

Option 1 - Recherche :

Télécharge Smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau

(c est le numéro 2 en bas de la page) :

Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

(attention : N'utilise pas l'option 2 si je ne te l ai pas demandé !!)

Copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.

Un tutoriel sonore et animé est à ta disposition sur le site.

Merci d'avoir répondu,

J'ai téléchargé SmitfraudFix, je l'ai lançé apres avoir regardé le tutoriel....Problème!
Lorsque je lançe SmitFraudeFix, un fenêtre C/Windows/System32/Smitfraudfix s'affiche, mais rien à l'intérieur, juste un barre qui clignote, pas de Option 1, pas d'option 2...

Essaie de relancer Smitfraudfix en désactivant tes protections avant.

Je n'arrive à Ouvrir le centre de sécurité dans le "Panneau de configuration"... De toute façon en bas à gauche j'ai un bouclier avec "Alerte de sécurité Windows" avec un bouclier rouge, donc je pense que mes sécurités sont désactivés???
J'avais NOD32 mais il a disparu, mais je pense que c'étais avant l'inféction (ce qui l'a entrainé donc). Je suis odnc à nu il me semble!

J'ai regardé mon Gestionnaire des tâches: j'ai plein de "drwtsn32.exe" qui me bouffe ma mémoire vive....

Télécharge Findykill sur ton bureau

* (c'est le numéro 18 en bas de la page)

Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut

Double clique sur le raccourci FindyKill sur ton bureau

Au menu principal, choisis l'option 1 (Recherche)

Poste le rapport FindyKill.txt

* Note : le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

Ok!!

Télécharge Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM):

MBAM

Avant de l'enregistrer quand tu verras, mbam-setup dans le champ nom de fichier, pense à renommer celui-ci en "lazare-mb"

Enregistre-le alors sur ton bureau.

Installe-le en vérifiant que la case de mise à jour soit bien cochée en fin d'installation.

Après la mise à jour, lance-le et coche "Examen Complet". Puis "Rechercher".

Si MBAM trouve quelque chose: fais "Voir les résultats" puis "Supprimer la sélection".

Poste le rapport généré.

Je pète un ca^ble, je peux ouvrir n'importe quel programme Google Earth, window Media Player, mais pas ceux qui peuvent m'aider à me débrasser des ces saloperies!

J'ai installé, j'ai tout fait comme t'as dis, jte jure!

Je peux pas ouvrir Malwarebytes! Et j'ai toujours ce satané sablier à coté de ma souris!

Alors essaie de passer MBAM en mode sans échec:

/!\ Pour ce faire, ne passe surtout pas par le msconfig: /!\

* Redémarre ton pc.

* Au bip, tapote la touche F8 (ou F5 sur certains pc) jusqu'à arriver à un menu de sélection des différents démarrages.

* A l'aide des touches de direction de ton clavier, monte sur "mode sans échec" et valide par ENTRER.

* Choisis ta session habituelle.

Essaie de relance MBAM.

Rien ne marche, ni Findykill, ni Smitfraudfix...

Télécharge CCleaner, version Slim, sans toolbar:

CCLEANER

Va dans "Options">>"Avancé". Décoche la première ligne.

Va dans la section "Nettoyeur". Lance l'analyse. La liste créée, lance le nettoyage deux fois de suite afin d'obtenir 0bytes supprimé!

Ensuite dans "Registre", lance une recherche des erreurs. La liste créée, fais-les réparer.

/!\ A ce moment CCleaner te demande normalement de sauvegarder le registre, fais-le. /!\

Recommence ensuite le cycle Recherche/Réparation des erreurs jusqu'à n'en trouver aucune lors de la recherche.

Nettoyage des outils:

Télécharge ToolsCleaner par A.Rothstein & dj QUIOU sur ton Bureau:

Toolscleaner

Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.

Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.

Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.

Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.

Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

Redémarre le pc et essaie de télécharger à nouveau MBAM, renomme-le et relance-le.

J'ai réussi à me servir de CCleaner, j'ai fan les analyses jusqu'à tout supprimé!

Par contre, Toolcleaner, ça fait pareil que les autres logiciel, rien ne s'affiche!

Je te remercie pour ton aide, mais j'ai formaté parceque j'ai l'impréssion que c'était le chat qui se mordait la queue...
Par contre j'ai un problème maintenant, j'ai formaté, mais il y'à fichier boot.ini invalide !
