Convert MP3 for car radio playback

Bonjour,
I would like to know how to use a simple, safe, and preferably free software in French to convert my MP3s to play CDs on an old car stereo.
I read advice that suggested using Nero Burning, but I can't manage to download it. Could you help me fairly quickly? Thank you very much, Mimi.

Well yes, Nero Burning is what you need. Download it from 01 net, that's where you'll get it!

  then you put the songs you want on the CD and then you select burn
  
  and it does it automatically you don’t touch anything
