Hello,
I just acquired two phones with a single base. They are cordless, but the second base (the one that only charges the phone) makes a "beep beep" sound during calls, which is quite annoying because we can't understand anything during the call. They are ILOA 3500/3502/3503 from the brand Logicom.
Configuration: Linux Mandriva Firefox 3.0.3

I have the same problem with my ILOA 3500: the communications are cut off, and on the screen, the word "search" is displayed and flashing. I can't make a call back for a good quarter of an hour, and then the same problem occurs again. I've lost clients like this, it's serious! I've tried to contact customer service without success.

Hello,

I have the same problem as you. Have you found the solution or the cause? Thank you.

I had the same problem as you. In fact, it was because I was unplugging the power strip to which one of the base wires was connected. Make sure all your wires are plugged in, and that the power strip they are on is turned on. For me, anyway, the problem came from there. Good luck!

You are not alone.

My sister has the same problem with the G300
and we have the G350 model...

Very few answers online.

Weird!

Good evening, I just bought a LOGICOM RIVA 450 Classic phone and my answering machine doesn't work at all, it says "searching for base" even though the number lights up fine.
Tomorrow I will call and see what the response is.

Have a good evening.

Hello,

I have the same problem with my Logicom Iloa 3500/3502/3503 phone. I bought it at Carrefour. After about 10 minutes, the call is cut off. The screen then displays "IMPOSSIBLE" and then blinks "SEARCH." I then have to wait a while, 10 or 15 minutes, before I can call back. There is little information online and no phone number to contact customer service. Is it a battery or battery issue? If anyone has the answer to my problem, please let me know.

Hello
I also have the same problem. My "solution" is to unplug the phone's power supply (while it's on the base). Then I plug it back in and remove and replace (immediately) the phone on its base. And usually, it works. But it's really just a workaround...
Best regards.

problem solved at my place quite easily...
my wife had indeed unplugged the base of one of the 2 handsets without noticing.
after unplugging/replugging both bases, the phone stopped searching after a little minute.
