Bonjour,

Salut,

depuis hier j'ai un probleme avec un virus,les antivirus ne marche pas.
ni avast ni mcafee.
je pense c'est un virus qui les bloque.j'ai pas reseau wifi car mon portable ne reconnais pluset je suis sur vista,maintenant je suis connecte depuis une carte 3G.

bonjour :
Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis Panneau de configuration.
- Double Clique sur l'icône Comptes d'utilisateurs et sur Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs.
- Clique sur Continuer.
- Décoche la case Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur.
- Valide par OK et redémarre.

--> Lance l installation avec les parametres par default

--> Au menu principal,choisi l option 1 (Recherche)

  j'ai essayer avec findykill mais il n affiche dans sa page que acces refuse.
  hier j teste avec EliBagle,et voile le resultat..
  aussi HijackThis j'arrive a l'executer,message pas application valide win32..
  tjrs le wifi hors service sur mon portable,mais la carte 3G fonctionne.

Bonsoir,

Je crois savoir de quel virus vous parlez, pour vous en débarrasser il faut télécharger ce programme:

https://www.filedropper.com/

Puis une fois lancé, choisir 1 pour détecter le virus, puis 2 pour le détruire. Bonne chance !

  gen-hackman : j ai pas compris,tu parle de quoi?
  j ai un sorte de virus qui empeche tt antivirus de demarrer et en plus de ca il bloque mon wifi,pour moi comme si y a aucun reseau disponible.

  je me suis connecte en safe mode.
  
  mais bon j'ai pu me debrouiller avec google.
  
  pour le probleme de perte de connection wifi :
  
  la solution:
  
  1. regedit / or regedit.exe car pour moi ca fonctionne la 2eme
  2. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE]\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\ndisuio
  3. Change Start to "0x000000002 (2)"
  4. Redemarrer

  j'ai utilise hijackthis et spybot,malwarebyte et ccleaner au debut ,apres les correction de desinstallation de avast et mcafee,car j'ai pas pu les desinstaller au debut,maintenant j'utilise Antivir Avira pour le tester,et ya pas de probleme.
