Network and Sharing Center Issue

Hello,

For a few weeks now, the Network and Sharing Center module no longer displays "page loading failed", and I just don't understand why. I don't know if it's related, but updates are also not being carried out normally anymore (I am on Vista SP1).

Is there a way to restart/reinstall this module, or to restart the control panel? Because I slightly need this module...

    Thank you fahd_zboot, it fixed the damaged files and apparently those affecting the Network and Sharing Center, as well as Windows Update.
    I didn't know this utility, I'll reuse it, thx :-).
