Bonjour,
Je vous remercie de me lire. La première page de Mozilla est blanch malgré antivirus, spyware... Je pense que mon compte msn est piraté car même éteint vous voyez apparaître par exemple "Steff vient de se connecter",je ne le connais pas.
Pourriez vous lire mon scan s'il vous plaît, Merci.

    Salut,
    Comment ça même éteint pour MSN ? Car quand tu fermes la fenêtre MSN avec la croix tout en haut à droite, MSN est juste réduit dans la systray. Il reste actif.

    Bon,
    aussi :
    > Tu as plusieurs antivirus qui tournent en même temps sur ton PC => conflits, ça ralenti le PC et tu es moins bien protégé.
    Ne garde que l'un des suivants (je te conseille AVG) supprime l'autre grâce au lien correspondant :

    Ensuite,

    - Double-clique sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D
    NB : Si tu es sous Vista : clique-droit sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D sur le Bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu' Administrateur".
    - Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
    - Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
    - Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt).

    Pour finir :
    > Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
    - Enregistre le programme sur ton bureau.
    - Double clique sur RSIT.exe
    - A l'écran "Disclaimer" choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.
    - Si HiJackThis n'est pas détecté sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera ; accepte alors la licence.
    - Une fois le scanne terminé tu obtiendras un rapport log.txt. Poste le sur le forum.
    NB : Il se peut que tu obtiennes un second rapport nommé info.txt. Dans ce cas poste le aussi.
