Pb gestionnaire téléchargements firefox

Bonjour,

J'ai un souci avec le gestionnaire de téléchargements de firefox.
Le téléchargement s'effectue correctement mais ensuite impossible d'ouvrir l'élément téléchargé (quel que soit le type, .doc, .exe...) et il n'apparaît nulle part ailleurs que dans le gestionnaire (même en modifiant le dossier de destination)
double-clic ne fait rien et en faisant clic droit la commande "ouvrir" est grisée, inaccessible.
Je comprends pas!!

Même constat: une fenêtre s'ouvre et se referme immédiatement

Par contre, la fenêtre s'ouvre normalement en démarrage normal... c'est seulement en mode sans echec qu'elle se referme immédiatement... Je fais le scan en mode normal??

ah zut! désolée, je me trompe, je peux pas le faire en mode normal... la fenêtre qui s'ouvre est juste la fenêtre d'options... où il est dit d'ailleurs de faire le scan en mode sans echec!! :)

Fait ceci alors :

Etape 1/ Télécharge :

- FindyKill http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/FindyKill.exe sur le Bureau.


Note importante : l'infection bagle s'installant au moyen d'un crack/keygen, tu dois IMPERATIVEMENT supprimer ce type de fichier.

# Etape 2/

Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut
- Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill sur le Bureau (sous Vista : clic droit sur le raccourci --> Exécuter en temps qu'Administrateur)
- Au menu principal, sélectionne l'option 1 (Recherche)
- Le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque dur (C:\FindyKill.txt )
Avant de faire quoi que ce soit d'autre, il est fortement recommandé de poster le rapport sur le forum pour avoir l'avis d'un spécialiste.Après confirmation par un intervenant qualifié du forum, passe au nettoyage

Mais comment tu sais si j'ai cette infection là, bagle???
non, parce que je commence à en avoir marre de télécharger des milliers de trucs sans même savoir ce que je fais... ni même si c'est vraiment utile!!!
On va quand même pas faire TOUS les fix qui existent, si??

Moi, je veux bien continuer mais j'attends les explications que j'ai demandées plusieurs fois sur ce que je fais au juste.

il me semble te l'avoir déjà dit, il reste ceci :

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cfFncEnabler.exe] cfFncEnabler.exe il doit s'agire d'un troyen, et comme tu n'arrive pas à faire sdfix je t'ai demandé de faire fincfykill, pour arriver à faire sdfix c'est tout.

tu m'avais dit qu'il y avait un troyen mais là c'est plus clair!! je savais pas où tu avais vu ce troyen et j'ai du mal à suivre sur qu'est ce qui sert à quoi... au moment où tu parlais du troyen, je pensais que c'était Toolscleaner qui l'avait supprimer... tu n'expliques pas systématiquement ce que tu me demandes de faire et, excuse mon ignorance, mais j'aime autant savoir ce que je fais avant de le faire... ne serait-ce qu'une ligne pour me dire "télécharge ça pour tenter d'éliminer tel troyen" ou "fais tel scan pour voir si le troyen est tjs là".. ou j'sais pas moi!!

bref, je continue les manips alors et te tiens au courant...

Etape 3/

Branche toutes tes sources de données externes au PC (clés USB, disques durs externes, lecteurs mp3, iPod...) sans les ouvrir- Relance FindyKill,
- Cette fois, sélectionne l'option 2 (Suppression) au menu principal.
- Il y aura 2 redémarrages, laisse travailler l'outil jusqu'à l'apparition du message "Nettoyage effectué !"
- Ensuite poste le rapport C:\FindyKill.txt
