Hello,
I have an issue with some Word documents. The text was saved correctly. When reopening them today, it's impossible to read the text. The letters are overlapping. I went to "format" then "font" to adjust the spacing, which I reset to "normal" without success, then the same thing with "expanded." The text is spaced but not like before.
I then reopened the "template" and "blank document" that were working this morning, and the text is written the same way, overlapping.
I subsequently copied an old work document and applied the formatting I used on my problematic text. The formatting was done correctly, but when I tried to change the font size to 12, the letters overlapped again.
Finally, I found a document with correctly spaced text and saved it as a template. It doesn't work. The new template also overlaps the letters.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
Solution 1: close Outlook => didn't work
Solution 2: It works!!
For Word 2007: click on the Microsoft icon (general menu where you save)/Word options (button at the very bottom right)/advanced options/printing/unclick "background printing"
