Pop up, antivirus 2009, explorateur windowsFermé

Question

Bonjour tout le monde,
je me permets de poser une question sur ce forum car après plusieurs recherches je n'ais pas trouvé de problèmes similaires...
Lorsque j'ouvre une fenêtre internet (mozilla ou IE) au bout d'un moment j'ai une dizaine de pop up qui s'ouvrent, lorsque je veux voir mes mail il y a une fenêtre antivirus 2009 qui s'ouvre aussi, et de temps en temps lorsque je fais windows+E pour ouvrir l'explorateur windows ca me fait planter le pc je suis obligé d'aller sur le bureau et de l'ouvrir avec l'icone pour que les deux fenêtres exploreur s'ouvrent, bref des problèmes de ralentissement se font aussi sentir.

J'attends avec impatience votre aide merci de me répondre dans les plus brefs délais ce problèmes devient vraiment prise de tête.

bonjour, 

commence par une analyse avec spybot search and destroy. tu vas trouver par google.

ensuite fais ceci :

Télécharge Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :

http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton Bureau .

Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuies sur une touche le bloc note va s'ouvrir.

--> Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.

Referme le bloc note.

* Double clique sur hijackthis

*Executes le en cliquant sur :Do a scan and save a log file

* Enregistres et postes le

hijackthis n'est pas La solution miracle, celà dit c'est vrai que ça donne des infos intéressantes.

de plus j'ai bien l'impression que l'analyse nous donne un élément intéressant aussi.

ne crois tu pas que lancer un vundofix serait judicieux?

à la fin du telechargement il se met à jour, laisses faire

* Fermes tous les programmes en cours

* Ouvres mbam et clique sur recherche

* Executes un examen rapide  du pc
Ne touche a rien pendant le scan

*- A la fin cliques sur : Afficher les resultats

* Puis cliques sur Supprimer la selection
* si mbam doit redemarrer pour finir la desinfection, fais le

* Postes le rapport généré à la fin

* Fermes tous les programmes en cours

* Double cliques sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme

* Cliques sur Continue à l'ecran Disclaimer

* Si l'outil hijackthis n'est pas present ou non-detecté, Rsit le telechargera
--> acceptes la license

* Lorsque l'analyse est terminée :
--> 2 fichiers textes s'ouvrent --> info.txt et log.txt
       ( dans la barre de taches)

* Postes le contenu des 2 rapports stp

* Telecharges USBfix de Chiquitine29 sur ton bureau :
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/UsbFix.exe

- Lances l'installation avec les parametres par defaut

* Branches tes souces amovibles ( clè USB, Disque dur externe, Ipod etc...)
   sans les ouvrir

* Double cliques sur USBfix ---> lances le nettoyage-->le pc va redemarrer

* Apres redemarrage, postes le rapport généré

Note : le rapport est aussi a C:\Usbfix.txt

* Important, il va falloir faire la suppression en mode sans echec :

* Pour acceder au mode sans echec :
--> au demarrage du pc, tu tapotes sur la touche F8 ou F5 de ton clavier
--> un ecran noir avec diverses options va apparaitre
--> choisis mode sans echec, puis valides par la touche " Entrée "

* Une fois en MSE, relances Smitfraudfix :

* Choisis l'option 2 et patientes jusqu'à la fin de la suppression


* Postes le rapport généré et refais un Rsit et postes le avec !

* Telecharges HostXpert sur ton bureau :
http://funkytoad.com/download/HostsXpert.zip
--> decompresses le ( clic-droit --> extraire ici)

* Double-cliques sur l'icone pour le lancer
--> regardes si le cadenas en haut à gauche est ouvert
--> clique sur le bouton : Restore Ms Hosts Files
* Refermes le programme


* Ensuite telecharges ComboFix sur ton bureau :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

/!\ Deconnectes toi du net, desactives ton antivirus et la garde de ton antispyware /!\ 
   

* Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe
---> un pop-up apparait --> cliques sur oui

* Cet outil etant puissant, il est conseillé d'installer la console de recuperations.

* Choisis la langue et tapes sur la touche " 1 " ( yes)

/!\ Ne touche plus à ta souris et ton clavier pendant le scan /!\

* En fin de scan, si Combofix doit redemarrer pour finir le nettoyage, laisses le faire !

* Une fois le scan terminé , un rapport s'affiche, postes le !

Note : le rapport est aussi à C:\combofix.txt
