Bonjour,

Merci de suivre cette procédure pour me permettre de diagnostiquer le problème :

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu de log.txt

Jusqu'à maintenant, ce n'est pas moi qui ait "fait le con" avec l'ordinateur, c'est l'un des utilisateurs qui l'a infecté...

Désolé pour le délai de réponse.

Ton ordinateur est infecté par MagicControl/navipromo, qui s'installe via des programmes dits "gratuits", dont ceux-ci :

• go-astro
• GoRecord

• Live-Player
• MailSkinner
• Messenger Skinner
• Instant Access
• InternetGameBox
• Officiale Emule (Version d'Emule modifiée)
• Sudoplanet
• Webmediaplayer

Pour désinfecter, merci de suivre exactement cette procédure :

# Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection) :
• Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
• Double clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
• Clique ensuite sur activer ou désactiver le controle des comptes utilisateur
• Décoche la case "utiliser le contrôle....." puis valide
• Redémarre l'ordinateur

# Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 (de IL-MAFIOSO) depuis-ce lien : http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

• Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton Bureau.
• Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
• Une fois l'installation terminée, lance Navilog en faisant un clic-droit sur le raccourci présent sur ton Bureau et en choisissant "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"

• Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
• Laisse toi guider et patiente.
• Patiente jusqu'au message : "Analyse Termine le..."
• Appuie sur une touche, le bloc note va s'ouvrir.
• Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport ici.
