Hi
You no longer have sound and probably other things are not working either...
Have you reinstalled other drivers like the motherboard driver, the sound card driver, or the graphics card driver??
See here: http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/sujet 388 drivers how to find drivers
If you need a driver for your 2.1 (a driver for speakers???), you can find it on the Trust website...

Good evening, the best thing to do is an online scan with: https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29
it will find any missing or outdated drivers. -
You do not need drivers for speakers but for the sound card.

Yes, but I need the name or brand of my motherboard, which I have no idea about...

Is your connection working?
So read carefully and do the online detection at touslesdrivers.com...

Thank you, I just did it but now what to do?! I don't see any sound card written or anything...

In the upper right corner, it says download my drivers I think, click on it, and you will have all the drivers to update with links to access them.

On the report, at the end of the scan, it says download my drivers, click on it and you'll have them all, including the sound card.
-
No, there is no download my drivers option at the top right.
Here is if this link works: https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=31 -
In the middle of this page, click on my config (in blue), download it...
After that, I will tell you what to do if you don't know.
