Infection vista

Bonjour,
un scan avast m'a appris que mon ordinateur est infecté par les virus win32vb-jl, win32rootkit-gen et win32brontok. internet explorer ne fonctionnant plus, il ne m'a pas été possible de faire un scan en ligne... voici le log hijackthis.
