Hi, I found it too and so I went online and found some tips that are usually true:

Sprightly the ghost: He is back from the GC! To see him, it's needless to say that you need some luck. So you'll need an Empty Lamp (a kind of Aladdin's lamp). Typically at the foot of a tree. Then you have to wander around your village between midnight and 4 a.m. until a voice stops you, Sprightly will appear, and it's up to you to show him the lamp and go meet him in your room.
