Hello,
I installed the 30-day trial version of ACDSee 2009.
I realized that it didn't match what I was looking for.
I then uninstalled it in the "add/remove programs" section.
As a result, I can no longer open any photos with ACDSee V3.1 (which is my version).
The following error message appears: "the standard plugin IDE_ACDStd.apl could not be loaded, without it some functions are not operational."
I am panicking because I am completely new to computers, and I use ACDSee daily.
Could someone help me with simple and effective words, explanations, and especially a solution?
I don't even know what a plugin means!!!
Thank you very much in advance
Best regards

Panicked… Let's not exaggerate!
All you need to do is: install ACDsee V3.1 and reinstall ACDsee V3.1.
Or reinstall directly over ACDsee V3.1
Or attempt a restore, which is lossless with no data or document loss, without any loss!!!
You need to remember the last good configuration when everything was fine in your best of worlds: The date!
Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> System Restore >> Restore to a previous hour or date >> Next >> a calendar appears choose the date, month, day where everything was fine >> next and let it go.
