Blackberry 8100 Pearl unlocking

Hello,
I have a BlackBerry 8100 Pearl with all the unlock codes and the steps to unlock it, but the problem is that when I go to options, advanced options, SIM card, at the top of the screen it says: SIM card: no SIM card. I cannot enter the MEPD and MEP2 codes.

Can someone help me??
