in fact, you can (but it may not be the problem!) press ctrl + escape to open the Start menu, if you can't open it.
then, you run.
you will be able to enter DOS commands. type "command" and click OK: there you have a horrible console that opens.
then type TREE C:\\
( with backslashes and not / ) using alt gr + 8
it will be impressive, but don't worry, caz will display the directory tree of your drive. the more stuff there is, the better (it's that nothing has been deleted).
afterwards, if there is no other solution, you will no longer be able to manipulate your folders except with that...........
or try to download the Workstation application...... -
I am currently checking if you can download a workstation...

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you press ctrl + escape
-> "run"
-> command
-> start\

The problem is that I no longer have my programs on my desktop and my Start menu has disappeared.
And I’m trying to make it reappear but it doesn’t work. -
then:
right-click on the blue bar at the bottom and properties:
you will have a Start menu tab
there you verify that Classic Start Menu is unchecked and that the other one is checked. -

Hacker and Jadidkha, what you did is really nice.
I don’t know how to thank you.
A big thank you to you.
Have a good evening. -
I knew very well that your disk wasn’t erased. I’d really like to know how you solved your problem for my personal information. Thank you. See you later
