Hello,
I'm trying to print a text from a friend's PC (XP SP3, IE 7) but my HP LaserJet 1320 printer refuses to print. I press the green retry button and it tells me there’s a printing problem... but I don’t know which one. In any case, I repeat the operation several times and nothing works. I replaced the paper, I properly reloaded the cartridge, I checked the tray... I don’t see anything wrong. I tried to print a document.txt, but that doesn’t work either. I would like to know the type of error and where I can get it... maybe that will move things forward.
Thank you for reading.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

It's fixed now, it was a spring that had come out when my friend put the paper tray back in, so the sheet stopper wasn't working and the stop that was supposed to grab the sheet in the tray was turning in the void, but now everything's fine.

Did you properly install the printer and its drivers on their PC?
